I agree with a lot of what you said mate. Chip could put to bed an awful of the (possibly) false things said about him here on this platform if needs be. But i don’t think a valid reason to believe StopnStep before Chip is “because of all the stories flying around”. I think we’d all like a higher standard of evidence if we were in his boots and muck was being flung at us. ??

Alright pal. If you claim Universal Credit, you can initially ask for an advance. My missus’ brother did it and it was in his account within 48hrs. You pay this back over the following 12 months in installments. Good luck mate.
