Oh man that is the sickest front-end glitch I’ve ever seen. Now I respect BTG and their development background, but this is fucking schoolboy error shit. I have an error with Donuts slot that won’t let me play it on some sites because the BTG logo screen won’t go away.
Unfortunately though the spins/bonus was predetermined (as the majority of slot players already know) so it only paid what it was going to no matter what the front-end showed. In fact, the front-end has no determination on the results and only the handshake and initiation of spins is catered for before all actions are performed on the server, including financial transactions.
I would think that BTG will respectfully give you as detailed a reply as they legally can, but if you remove the front-end of the game, all slots are just lottery tickets you scratch off in a different way, with differing odds and maths to get the result. I would presume (as im a programmer and not in the slot industry) that BTG actually have buffered and encrypted a database of billions of spins already to be requested by sites. I mean, you don’t do this RNG stuff on the fly when you have millions of users playing concurrently. You have to buffer it and, therefore, cause it to be predetermined in essence. It’s still random which lottery ticket you buy of course and there are instances of true RNG choices from the player, but its rare because it can be abused.
I hope they compensate you, probably will, you are like a whale to them 😀
