Oh and just to cover you a little a little further, ambiguity – that is: vagueness that allows for more than one interpretation, always benefits the person who didn’t draw up the contract. This is an american definition but without checking, make sense here too

“Courts abide by the rule that an ambiguous contract is interpreted against the party who drafted it. In other words, the party who did not draft the contract will be given the benefit of the doubt so to speak. Also, sometimes the background or circumstances surrounding the contract can eliminate ambiguity.”

Sorry to quote myself but since my post has been reported, to the anonymous person who reported, you clearly haven’t read it properly. That is a 100% legal stance in american and the american part is stated. Also, I did say in regards to here, “without checking” means CHECK.

    You’re welcome.

As long as you haven’t broken any terms you will get your withdrawals fine but will probably end up with a network gub or complete ban. Happens a lot with them. They don’t like you taking their bonuses for some reason, even if you loose.

Well that’s the thing, I haven’t broken any of their generic promo terms, but there is a stipulation in there to say they can apply terms otherwise not stated on their t&c page, extremely vague and just covers their arse in case of any big wins imo!

Not fussed about the ban, I’ll be heading for the hills when (if) I get my winnings anyway.

Actually a contract is a contract and anyone making stuff up along the way is liable to being sued and depending on what the judge sees and determines is fitting, could cost a liar everything. I can’t for example sit here and say I just made up a Mr B tax style payment from you is now due whence your withdrawal is complete. You haven’t agreed to that before hand, in any documentable way.

You should be fine if you have the log of them saying there was no wagering limit. No reason not to pay you or withhold the funds.Enjoy the winnings and hope they clear in your account in time to but us all a cadburys cream egg for easter…lol . Nice win bud, enjoy. ?

Aye, I’ve saved the logs, got a feeling they will be needed very soon when I get the inevitable email from some manager copy and pasting their “Promotion abuse” canned response…

Why not end the trauma for yourself now and make sure you have not broken any rules. Since chat logs show you were given a green light you should be ok but even I sense some room for doubt. You can also goto casinomeister forum and seek official help there as they most likely have a rep on board there who will help you and if they don’t play by the rules, they get labelled a rogue casino.

Considering the billions these companies make combined, I hope you get what is rightfully yours.

Today I took a bonus on SkyVegas and in the end walked away with a 93p profit.

Now I know you didn’t have an affiiliate link and even if you had, I was already a member there before I found this community. But that doesn’t change the fact that you pocketed utter fucking trillions from my huge win.

    Bastard.

I have to agree FYI there is a forum feedback section for this. usually if I quote someone, I empty it of the irrelevant content and 14 years of quote history. My scroll wheel is dying but then it’s not alone.

Haz, you’ve only gone and fuckin done it. I can’t believe it. I don’t know if it had to be you but sprinklings of influence and inspiration will land where they fall and all that. Now, me… yea, me. I want a phone bike.

As for you my brother Bandit. Be as transparent as you wish. Tell us nothing. Yea, you did something one day that I will never forget but I am no yes man. What you make is no ones business but yours and maybe your wife when it comes to deal or no deal and the asda fund. There is only one other person who can demand to see your figures and that is the utter wanker called the queens tax man.

I do think it’s time to accept that what is happening is not gonna stop. The only way to stop it is to have a barrier of some sort to stop it. Maybe a 50 comment audition to be able to post threads. Is 50 too much ? not enough ? that line of trust… I dunno. Food for thought but the likes of me who are honest (of course I am going to say that) and sometimes do spill out a true but shite story are not stopping which we all agree is acceptable because it’s human. But the faeces who come here with their bs to try and fake someone into helping them isn’t going to stop either.

I do agree with the sentiment that you could maybe look at adding a moderator. Of course, it has to be someone you can trust which is always going to be the core issue. Maybe as some sort of auto detect for keywords and a way to hold threads for moderation on that basis so they have to be authorised to go public. WP is truly brilliant but also a pain in the backside.

I guess to someone like me, it doesn’t matter how many you have, but controlling your spend. I didn’t enjoy 32red either although it’s been so long I don’t remember why as it was back in the very early days of online losing. Look at the shit ones maybe and close them. Actually contact them and follow the given method to close them. Some can do it via live chat, others need a dna test.

    Some words of labour advice…..

    — YOU may suffer some labour pains, phantom or she might be violent during giving birth. I suffered. I hope you do too. I mean, I hope you don’t but if you do, I will pmsl, accordingly.
    — She will want the pram or pushchair contraption of her choice. Don’t argue, just pay. Or do argue, and guarantee more suffering for you during labour. I will react the same, just harder.
    — During labour, midwives, nurses and mothers join forces i hating you, male nurses and doctors long know to stay ‘out of it’.
    — If it’s a girl, be happy, look happy. DO NOT say “ohhhhhhh” and mention anything about masculine activities father and son style with regrets. It will be used against you for the rest of your life. On the up side, when she gets old enough to date a boy you don’t like, or even if you secretly think he’s ok or a nice lad, you get to play “that’s MY daughter” dad and if need be, stare at him ferociously, or worse.
    — Woman can commit murder during giving birth and fully get away with it, so be aware but also brave. You got this.

    Feel sorry for ya. haha
