However none of them are allowed to flourish fully with capitalism as the ground they are built on. Capitalism is the part that is unacceptable. Your kids friends household postmans uncles nextdoor neghbours cats life is priceless. Am I talking about the cat or all of the beings mentioned.

There is a a huge chance I would actually vote for a system that wasn’t based on capitalism. While capitalism is a success for a few…..

You know what will happen right ? People who don’t know will still come here and pitch their story. And then they will be punished for doing so either by way of a no begging rule even if they are just letting rip and not actually begging (our government does that to genuine homeless people) they will get trolled a lot worse too.

I think it’s a terrible idea that someone comes here with money in the bank and thinks they can increase it with a sob story but I also think it’s much worse to persecute the innocent.

And what if someone genuinely has screwed up and fucked themselves into poverty that let’s say could affect hungry kids ? Has lucked out with a shite landlord and is sleeping in the snow ? Would it apply to regulars who have drawn a trustworthy picture ? Where to draw the line ?

I think this needs to stay the way it is. It’s not a bad place this, as it stands. Yea I can see how it can be annoying. Just my thoughts.

Yea @Haz40 if you are low budget like me, it’s a god send where you just don’t have to worry about anything, just don’t watch video. It’s great for parents to give their kids and not worry anything bad bill wise can happen. The other good thing is you can opt for the full £15 package and still get upto £10 back every month, so if you ever need it, it’s there.

my advice is to get it repaired. sounds like a bit of moisture has gotten into it and is errantly making it connect. I’m one of those against buy contract phones when you can got massively good phones for a 1/4 of the price and just look for a decent sim only package. Three has a good data deal. EE aren’t the best. I am having the worst life ever but unless someone literally £400,000,000,000,000 it can’t be fixed. I’ll need it in cash, to end cancer, war, poverty, homelessness etc.  I am actually suffering this last two weeks having wrote my car off. Got a cheque from the insurance for an already outstanding claim that wasn’t my fault so woohoo I can get another cheap runabout. No. Because I put it in the bank and the bank lost it for 5 days. MY debit card also no longer works. I only have online paypal etc access to cash, that I haven’t got yet. Still also waiting on the funds from the 50% charity painting which may take a few days cause the chap who bought it had to have a routine op so that has delayed things. I literally spoke to him during typing this and am happy it will all come together. Right now I have about 40odd pence. If I carry on writing, you’ll all fall asleep. but short of being nearly killed and left to rot and get worse by our utterly wank system for over 20 years, I’d need a permanent GFM page just to do more than survive.

The reality here is no one knows who is telling the truth but from the ops statement, he’s struggling to get thru study and survive, even working. I would suggest a cheaper place to stay but I also know the dam can be an expensive place to live. So I would then suggest a better job. A samsung S7 is a £140 second hand phone. Great phone, never in doubt. But the OP could easily buy an octacore brand new that does everything needed for £60-£100.

Personally, to the person giving it away, I would sell it and send the guy £60 or something.
