Yup, chances are you won’t see that money again, even though what you did was perfectly legal, it also seems perfectly legal for them to take it and keep it. I have read numerous tales over time about it. Strange that a simple code check on name vs credit card detail would prevent it. Now why on earth wouldn’t they implement such a thing ?

Went for a final xmas day session to see if £20 would get me a nice xmas present. I’ve managed many hours play, going up to £130, back down to very little, back up to £150 for cash out. Reversed it, made some more, up an down like a yoyo, finally knights strife gave me a £240 win on quid spins in the bonus thank feck for that, up to £400.. back down to £120 up an down a bit ooh ahh dracula boulder £30 buys went twice for £120 in total, cash stax £20 paid a tonne went pick an mix down a way, back up to 430, took a real chance on the pot side and hit the 500x for £300 and tried the coin thing and got a few squid off that, cashed out and self excluded £569

That’s not looking too shabby. My middle son has aspergers and adhd and he is an amazingly loving boy but at times his temper can easily fly off the handle and he sometimes struggles with panic attacks. My heart goes out to all this christmas for those with us, those not and those who are having struggles. Have a great day tomorrow.

Well done mucka, really needed your luck a few days ago but it wasn’t to be. I haven’t tried swarm for the same reasons (above) as I have played similar build up games that always punish me. Merry Christmas !

There will be some sort of catch in the law to prevent this or there will be one made. Remember the only people allowed to escape the law are politicians.

Email them (with receipt) that they cannot do both, keep the deposit and the return and that you will give them chance to sort it out or they will get both legal action and publicity. I’m sure we’ll all support you. Also, go on casinomeister and start a thread there. They may well have a rep on site.

I am 100% certain they cannot keep both sets of money. In the very least, it’s immoral. You did nothing illegal.
