I just received an email from the game provider where they (after many tries) managed to locate the correct game round in the system and they have advised us that the game round, in fact, crashed upon starting.

Lol got email from casumo saying game provider said bonus played out and no winnings are returned so straight to ukgc as what they’ve not realised is once you hit bonus buy you’ve then options of spins to pick so went to resolver. Casumo seem to be taking me more serious now as they’ve requested details of phantom bonus from provider.
