Yeh, I was staying near parkstone mate lol

No way! Ill ask my landlord if you like mate I’d be happy to care for him for a bit.. Also I know he owns a few properties in the area so he may have a bedsit free, otherwise a friend of mine lives in a long term hotel thing for £150 a week and there’s always en suite rooms available there although it is a bit of a rough area, just by the triangle in Bournemouth if you know it.

Haha yeh, I know it well. Can’t really afford to buy food ATM let alone £150 a week. Cheers for offer of looking after Rolo also. He’s good for another 2 1/2 weeks but after that Im not sure what I’m gonna do

I have a black lab 2 and half. Very much a dog lover. I’d love another lab but I don’t think the missus would. We got to get you both reunited somehow.

That’s the plan eventually.  he’s sorted for another 2 1/2 weeks. Don’t have any kids, so he’s the next best thing.

That’s how I found it begin with. Sort of put me off using gumtree again for landlords. Roughly £400 pcm. £90 per week.

Anyone want to care of my pedigree lab? He’s 3 1/2. Had him from 6 months old. Fully trained and friendly. His only flaw is that when it’s cold, he likes to try and get into bed and under the covers lol

I’m unsure if it’s me or her who needs help lol

Talk to shelter, potentially talk to the police complaints commission and the CAB as well.. There’s no way you should be treated like that

Like I said I’m sure if you weren’t a bloke it would have been treated seriously.

Also they can’t legally evict you without good reason or notice.. I’d stop paying rent stay in there until she’s forced to go through the expensive legal process of getting you out..

The police wouldn’t leave until one of left the property. She did return my deposit as requested by the police and they escorted me to a hotel. Deposit covered 5 days.

This is what the chief officer said:

“We can’t leave you both here in case there is an incident. For example if one of you stabs each other then it’s your word against hers and vice versa”

It did get quite heated after she put her foot through the ceiling. I’m not an aggressive person or had any running with the law before but I did want to batter her (if she wasn’t a woman, probably woulda happened)

It is exactly illegal for her to enter the property without permission, yes.

Justifiable reasons for your landlord to access your property are:

In case of an emergency such as a flood, a fire, the smell of gas, serious structural damage or raised suspicions of criminal activity For maintenance and repairs to the property
For scheduled or requested inspections of the property
When moving in or moving out inventory
For the annual gas safety check carried out by a certified gas safe engineer
For any other health and safety checks
    Unjustifiable Behaviour from your Landlord
It would not be acceptable if your landlord:

Carries out an inspection when you are not home and when you have not given your permission for the landlord to enter your property. This is an infringement of the ‘quiet enjoyment’ covenant and your landlord should be aware of this
Frequently overstays their welcome by staying in your home when it is no longer required for any of the earlier stated justifiable reasons
Visits early in the morning or late at night when this is not agreed with you. These unsociable hours could cause irritation and damage the relationship with your landlord
Visits regularly without good cause or without reason
    Landlord Harassment
These are all means of harassment and your landlord can be charged under the Housing Act of 1988 for landlord harassment.

As a result of this type of behaviour your landlord could receive a fine and can even be ordered to stay away from your home.

Does this apply to live-in landlords?

    I appreciate the replies.

I have a copy of the tennency if I could email it to you.

Even the two officers who came said “she’s crazy” even after getting plaster and residue over my clothes/shoes/laptop I said that’s criminal damage and the leading officer replied “just wipe it off”

She seemed to have an issue with my dog but why would you allow someone to rent a room to begin with? First question I asked before going to visit is if she accepts dogs. He’s generally quiet and only got excited when I got home from work.

People get themselves into all sorts of trouble, yet I don’t drink, do drugs, and I work.Yet I get punished because stupid fucking foreigners think they can take the law into their own hands .

Atleast the dog is safe. It would break my heart, but considering the cost. I maybe forced to re-home him.

If you have watched me over the years then you will know i do like to do the odd giveaway that is completely free to enter, no sign ups, nothing affiliate based, just some cash given away. Anyone got any ideas of what to do with the next one? Perhaps a different prize than money? Ideally, i would like to do something similar to how the White Rabbit World Cup went, i really quite enjoyed that and a lot of people were able to be involved so any ideas on those lines would be great!

Obviously this is biased as I’m a big football fan but maybe giving a free bet. Stake refunded back to you (if it wins) and keep going until the stake has been lost.

Pick 3-4 games and the closest to the amount of total goals gets to use it. Multiple winners would have to decide between them on what sport/teams to bet on and share it equally.

Could be a good laugh and attract more football fans to the site.

Would also be great if you got 5 minutes each week (vid) to break down your footy selections each week.

    Nice one!

I know all the Greek players used to have a trick on PokerStars to avoid tax. What you are doing is tax avoidance (grey but legal) not tax evasion (very illegal).

The guys on PS got round the taxes by buying into the big monthly games with any winnings. So if they won $10K, they would enter all the weekly/monthly $530 games. While they were registered for those games, they didn’t have any winnings or money in their accounts, so didn’t have to pay any taxes

Everybody else thought it was weird AF like is there some Greek high-stakes bot ring taking over the world? Nah just some ordinary people trying not to get fucked by the government. Sometimes it’s good to be in the UK. The Americans have to pay taxes on gambling winnings too

I recieved an email from stars about a year ago saying they had refunded all victims involved in these scandals. Got $1.67 lol closed my account a week after that.

Integrity of online poker is dying. Refuse to play anything but low stakes tournys on sky as they caught 3 people doing it on PLO. No refund and not even an apology

Sad really… But money is involved lol
