By all accounts, quite a few streamers have binned it off, too difficult to bonus.

In their help section it simply states they are only liable to refund the bet, not sure where you can go with it, someone else that has had the issue before may be of better help. But from their point of view, they are already offering more than they should. Hope you get it sorted though mate.
