Just fuck off then… I don’t do high stakes anymore, but I’m not gonna have a cry when someone else does…
Lovely comment, direct and too the point. Issue is i am not crying just voicing a point of view
I enjoyed the bandits videos, they were funny, entertaining and i enjoyed the buzz and as Haz40 said this is not the first time i have mentioned this issue, At least i am consistent.
This website has no mechanism to close your account so Bandit if you can get your IT person to do it manually i would appreciate it.
Well, day 1 almost upon us and my ‘banker’ for day 1 is BuveurD’air in Champion hurdle (3:30) could well set up my week. Has to give 7lbs to Apples Jade but been backing this horse since November so quite a bit on it. 9/4 I reckons massive.
Any thoughts and good luck me ?
Apples Jade for me, looks an interesting 1 st day, lets hope bad weather misses
1OK so I don’t have the brains of you guys on this issue clearly, but I have a problem with some of the language
The gist seems to be that the slots are random number generators which can produce any results. But then we go on to say that a house edge is built in, which surely means that they cannot be random, else how can you build in an edge. And here comes my next question, if you can build in an edge what is to stop you reprogramming that random slot to give yourself a greater edge.
I have observed slots where the average payout reduces based on your stake – again this seems to imply that this randomness is controlled else how could you facilitate a different level of RTP for each stake.
So all of this to me creates doubt on the industries use of the phrase random number generator, its seems to be more a controlled random number generator which is a contradiction in terms.
well put, simple and no technical crap.
Play these programmes for fun, stop worrying about rtp, algorithms etc.. The house has the edge and always remember these programmes are designed to payout less that they take, that is not luck, that is by design
1I am not sure why we are surprised, the bookies finding programmes to get around the legislation. Imagine they have a lot more games like this ready to be launched in the coming months. Its about speed of loss and not amount of money we spend on any one spin. In the end we are going to loose its just take us 5 minutes longer
Lucky escape there mate. Still don’t agree entirely that these restrictions will close the high street bookies. To me a few hundred quid is more than I could afford to lose and this still won’t stop people playing the slots. Even at £2 a spin you can still lose 4 or £500 in half an hour and unfortunately people will do that. It may take longer than 3 minutes at £50 a spin but the end result can still be the same.
agree totally, in short term bookies may see a down turn in revenue but most gamblers will still continue on lower stakes. A lot of the people who use these machines are also unlikely to start going on line, not their thing.
Also get annoyed at problems gamblers being the source of the moaning and blaming everyone else rather than themselves. One or two do, but the majority of problem gamblers i have had dealings with over the years blame no one else but themselves.
11The whole thing is and always has been a farce. Any excuse to keep your money, none to actually not look like hypocrites. Even on Casinomeister the general consensus is “if it’s the law, it’s the law” so as long as you are 100% right but the law doesn’t give a shit, you’re wrong.
I’ve just been royally fucked over by my car insurance. I suspect they have broken the law but they have broken moral ethics. Will I fight it ? I don’t have the energy. I might.
Fact : these companies don’t give a fuck if they destroy human life and the governing bodies are a poppy show for votes.
I’d love to say it’s an opinion but we see too much evidence for plausible deniability. — Did you make us shit tonnes of money trapped in an addiction that eventually killed you ? Oh dear. Anyway. Don’t forget : “When the fun stops…….
It’s not just bookies, it’s casinos, arcades, the regulator. They all get paid from lives being ruined on a daily basis, death for profits etc.
I mentioned to the ladsbroke employee on the phone when closing my casino account there that the girl at the counter gave me a fake £20. The employee was brain dead. It didn’t even register. It was no issue to them. Money laundering you say………….
Roll on April 1st, as for us fools it will give us a fighting chance to beat the fobts and get back to just backing horses
1Normally when nick is leaving a slot that is not paying he sets a bottom line or just says go. In this case he says a few times i am leaving but keeps on pressing as if he knew something was coming.
I hope its not fake, but i have gambled all my life and know that anyone who gambles everyday with the amount he gambles should be down a hell of a lot more than he is.
He is, however fun to watch and to be honest some of the idiots who watch him deserve him being rude, it is part of the entertainment.
We joke about the initial investigation and we know its not pleasant but if in doubt get it checked it could save your life. As Hacko1 says the quicker it’s found the better chances of dealing with it.
I was told by one high street managers that the industry had looked at ways of getting around the £2 stake and imagine we will see plenty of these types of games in the coming Months. He did say that Coral decided not to introduce them and were complying fully, we shall see soon enough. Gambling has to be Fair and has to be seen to be Fair
No one knows when someone takes a drug, drinks their first drink or puts on their first bet if they are going to be addicted or not. Lifes not that simple. The industry is attempting to promote responsible gambling and as a rule the bandit does, However, this whole reel king thing has not been responsible gambling. If he wants to gamble in this way keep it private and don’t give us all the ‘gambling cliches that we have read throughout the thread of self justification. There are new to gambling who will have been influenced by his actions and that’s a consequence he will have to live with.
You really need to walk away now and take a break. If you carry on like this you are going to loose it all. As much as you promote responsible gambling, this is not responsible.
? “Responsible” is subjective not objective ?
one day people will learn that and Bandit won’t have to bang his head into the wall everytime he sees a post like this
all these well done Bandit comments remind me of a Hans Christian Andersen story.

1gonna sign up to this casumo and play some reel king, im a newbie, any tips for me?
Carefully consider if you are willing to lose money, you have to consider the money as lost the moment you deposit. Set limits. Don’t try to emulate what others do as more often than not sessions result in a loss.
Other than that plod on and enjoy! It doesn’t take any skill, unless you’ve got Bandits golden fingers!! Bang bang bang TOP!!!
Good luck
Don.t do it. please
Just a question ? Anyone else get a hard on reading this thread?
you on the right Forum?
