UPDATE:
As of 04/03/2019, I have come to an agreement with Playzee casino and the matter is now closed. Admin, please lock this thread and let the record state a positive outcome was reached for both parties.
3Waiting on a response from an account manager for an amicable resolution to an open dispute. This post will be updated in due course.
UPDATE:
2nd withdrawal of £1k has been approved, this was the important one as it meant that my account went from -£489 to +£511 in deposits… so I know they aren’t trying to pull a fast one in only paying me back my losses (which has happened to me before at another snide casino)
I withdrew another £500 last night to take my total withdrawals to £2.5k – this is pending.
Tried my luck at withdrawing a further £1k this morning, which to my surprise is now pending too, taking total withdrawals to £3.5k.
According to live chat, my account has not yet been given a withdrawal increase from £2.5k, and I’ve only been at this for 5 days so fuck knows why that last grand wasn’t declined straight away…
Starting to think about cars/holidays now but there is a long way to go…

The first 1k withdrawal has been processed, should be in my bank tomorrow. Playzee have a ridic low withdrawal cap of 2.5k / week (UKGC have launched an investigation into this albeit not with this casino)
Shocking withdrawal terms, as a result of my huge balance, I’ve accumulated well over the 15,000 threshold in points to qualify for VIP status, so hopefully further withdrawals will reach my bank account quicker (24hr as opposed to 48hr according to live chat) and the 2.5k cap is lifted to an unknown figure (they wouldn’t tell me) once I’m VIP.
My balance has peaked at 21k, just had a blast on Jewel Strike epic spins at £100 a spin, I do not advise this as I walked with a 14k balance.

Aye, I’ve saved the logs, got a feeling they will be needed very soon when I get the inevitable email from some manager copy and pasting their “Promotion abuse” canned response…
As long as you haven’t broken any terms you will get your withdrawals fine but will probably end up with a network gub or complete ban. Happens a lot with them. They don’t like you taking their bonuses for some reason, even if you loose.
Well that’s the thing, I haven’t broken any of their generic promo terms, but there is a stipulation in there to say they can apply terms otherwise not stated on their t&c page, extremely vague and just covers their arse in case of any big wins imo!
Not fussed about the ban, I’ll be heading for the hills when (if) I get my winnings anyway.
