Money received 16th June. Some 15 days after request. Joke of a casino.
Another email my £500 withdrawal has failed again due to ‘technical difficulties’!!
Absolute joke. I’ve had to request it again.
Update…..
I had email this morning saying there was a problem with June 01st withdrawals.
the funds were put back in account(they were) and able to be withdrawn now without issue.
Withdrawal requested. Let’s hope!!
Well I was aware of the visa problem that day. But they were certainly able to take visa debits as I made about 4 or 5 of them!!
Tuesday is their last chance now. I’m happy to expect a couple of days delay as a result of any banking issues out of their control.
Surprise Surprise. Nothing received today. My next banking update (NatWest) won’t be till Tuesday now, if I haven’t had it by then I’m going after them all guns blazing!!

The guy from chat did confirm via email the withdraw was processed as I asked.
I had a problem with them on my last one also, claiming I wasn’t verified when I already had Been and had proof via email from them I was. I’d had numerous deposits and withdrawals from them before aswell.
Withdrawals from them previous to these last 2 issues were as quick as sky and videoslots. Now it seems an effort to get paid.
As I said previously I will update tomorrow.
I went on live chat, was told withdrawal was completed and was given the old 1-5 working days.
Tomorrow is their last chance. Once again as precaution all chat screen shotted.
I also requested email to confirm what the guy said in chat. Will inform of outcome. Will stick with videoslots and sky from now on. Always in within 48 hrs.
To add to the above I didn’t receive a confirmation email from them either clarifying the withdrawal had been processed and I’m sure you normally do. Slightly concerned.
