I have joined a site called BassWin. I deposited £50 and got a 100% match, so started off with £100. Started playing some slots and was doing really well. Got up to about £500..so thought i’d play this game called Lollipop Pop. They let you but the bonus also for £20. Did 1 and a warning came up about max bet terms and conditions. Anyway thought nothing of it and played and i hit a monster.for £1098. This was from a 20p bonus buy. Kept playing and buying bonuses on different games. Played roulette and hit some big wins on there all still wagering.Long story short i got up tp about £4,400. Got everything verified and took out £400, which was max withdrawal. Kept playing different games and blackjack. Had my balance just short of £6,000. Was playing this morning and my balance disappeared and i was left with £50?? Spoke with chat and was told that i violated the terms of the bonus when i played a bonus for £20..max bet was £2. So all my money has been confiscated. Due to Maxbet Violation? Am not getting it back. Has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a way i can get the money back?
