I know what you mean, on all other Casino’s, I’ve always been able to just enter an NZ BANK Account number, swift code and name, but this one wont process without an IBAN.

Going to make a post on casinomeister too.

Casino was Lord Lucky, if you have heard of them. Same casino group as Lapalingo.

Note sure ANZ etc but you can google their swift codes, I allways withdraw using fast bank transfer and it’s never failed me.

I know how you feel mate, I use genesis casinos quite a bit, and regularly get there free spins emails

I remember one of the first ones, managed to turn 20 free spins on scruffy duck to $650…and yeh they only gave the the $100 too.

But yeah the casinos which put a max cap when you deposit are pure filth

Just an update;

My winnings came through overnight. So ill give the Casino some credit!

Can now confirm it was the cadell/white hat gaming group…

They never replied to my email/my side of argument.

Was imagining what would happen if i did this at my job…

I work as a department store manager, and we regularly offer our reward customers Buy one get one free deals.

Imagine the uproar if one day, a customer turned up who has taken advantage of the promo a few times, and I turned around and said;

 

“Sorry pal, its Buy one get one free for other customers, but you have to pay fill price. No promo.

O and dont try this at another store, you bannned from signing up to there reward systems “???

Yeah I think you are right.

I think going forward I’m going to have to consider a few raw deposits…mix up my deposits, not just use bonuses.

Will definitely be moving on from this casino group though.

I just hope they pay my winnings. Not fazed at all, about the bonus ban, but will fight to get the winnings.

Theres just something about this slot…even though it can jerk me off, so frequently with  10x wins, its still my favourite haha
