Well its as i found and as bandit talked about in the vid about the end of riding the wave the other week, winning a lot changes the way you play and it takes a painful loss to bring you back down to earth. At least you’re going into recovery mode now and it’ll suck for a bit but you’ll recover if you just behave for a while. This is one of the benefits of the low stakes stuff, a huge loss for me is pennies.

 

My Brother likes roulette but its fucked him over a fair bit too, he won big one year while away working to the tune of 10k just when he needed it so he paid off debts and had a great time with the money. Then a while later when the finances were starting to hurt again he turned to roulette to try and solve his issues again and he’s wound up taking on a bit of debt but he’s getting himself straight again now. Being in debt is the worst time to play as you’ll be chasing the saviour win for an easy fix to your problems but will most likely wind up in deeper trouble wishing you’d used the money to pay the bills.

Gotta ask, when you were on your hot streak did you not bank much of the winnings or was this all added to your wages and burned at the altar?Also roulette is an evil game, you can lose so much so fast so i steer clear of it unless im just looking to burn money for a laugh.

I feel ya on the lower stakes paying out better thing, Ive had it happen a few times where im jumping for joy when i hit a bonus on a cheeky raise only to find it pay worse than i usually get on my 20p usual. Anyway the lessons that hurt the most last the longest so courage mate.

is the mantra i go by when gambling though I know that the mindset is impossible to some. My mates girlfriend was playing slots and amassed a nice little pile of money and he was telling her to bank at least some of it but she just kept spinning and fed it all back in. Her attitude about the whole thing was so weird though, its like she didn’t care and the winning of money to her was just a side effect of spinning the reels and she wasn’t interested in making anything of it.

Yup 10 quid spins on fishing frenzy was the worst but i also cocked up a book of the dead reel race on casumo. I refreshed the browser to see my score and it reset the stake to 2 quid so my balance got raided and I had to abandon the race.

Hit the top again on 20p this morning for 150 quid so there’s more money off the debt I owe the folks. This game has shot up my favourites list now that I’m playing it properly but damn you gotta have balls of steel when you are sat with a fiver in the balance and have to choose between taking 75 or going for the top.

Dropped a fiver of my meagre funds in. Mostly out of respect but also solidarity for a guy who flexes his wallet to look after his pets. When my cat nearly died of pyometra I had people look at me funny just for spending 150 quid to save her so to spend thousands is worthy of a nod.

Just nipped on to have another bash at reel king. had one this morning and it sank a tenner so i was a little wary but videoslots had a nice bonus so i chanced it.

 

Bloody hell, the scrolls wouldn’t leave me be, was only ever 1 scroll but i must have had it “ding to the end” about 7 times in 30 spins and my rule is to collect scroll wins and gamble lil base wins. So i racked the balance up to 30 from my initial tenner so that covers my stake, the loss this morning and 10 quid to take home. Low stakes but its all for fun, the hole i can dig myself into is quite shallow this way.

Lost my best mate of the last decade my Siamese Sadie back in February. More than a tear shed then, some property damage too. Pets are extended family and you bond with some more than others but it’s always sad when they go.
