OK so it has been almost a month since that letter, you have had no contact from the company, no contact from the police and at the moment are in Limbo.
My personal view is that you can’t go on like this, it may be that the company have decided that it’s not worth the effort and have just decided to drop it, but declined to inform you.
You may have to bite the bullet and ask them for an update, with full apologies, all due humility and highlighting the mental anguish it is causing you.
At least a formal answer, one way or another, will allow you to plan your life
Ok my views, the Op stated that he had lost his entire wages for the month in 27 minutes. His next post states that he was loading thousands from his card even though he was self excluded from all the bookies.
He hasn’t gambled for 2 years, has thousands in the bank but goes into the bookies because he wants to get a few pounds for Christmas presents.
He then doesn’t take up the very generous offers from members on this site to help out with his homeless situation?
Call me a cynic but if that 7 days accommodation had been an offer of £300 cash there may have been a different response.
As an aside I will take 7 days accommodation. I’ll email you the address of the Hilton in Fiji- anyone care to help out with flight costs
Just imagine if it’s true . Best just to not jump to conclusions .
Agreed – but also best not to take everything at face value – was just highlighting what I saw to be slight anomalies. Obviously I hope if it is true that the guy is OK and gets some help
First of all don’t worry mate, we have all done stupid things at some point.
How rrasonable is your employer? If you can ask him to drop the charges and tell them you will pay them back. If they prosecute its not the end of the world but yoy want to keep anythings of a future dbs check as a lot of companies carry one out these days so if you can stop it that would be a result!!!
Oh and don’t do it again hahaha
No employer is not willing to to drop it as they are wanting to make an example as to warn off other members or staff according to there letters I have received they have classed it as fraud as I was falsifying figures to cover up the missing stock. The CRB check is going to be a massive issue if I do get formally charged for it .
I except this was a really silly thing to do and all I can do now is get help and move on forward .
How long ago was your last letter – all rather weird as normally a company would call the police in straight away.
If it does go to court you should also highlight the mental anguish you have suffered whilst waiting for formal action, as this could be seen to be a punishment in its right.
Add to to this your gambling issues and the actions you have taken to address these and one would hope you would get a suspended sentence or community service at worst.
You would be best going to a solicitor as most offer a free 1 hour consultation. You will have to see what they charge you with mate before you can start looking at ways to mitigate. Anything you either plead guilty to or get found guilty of would show on a dbs check so if there is anyway of fighting it I would do so as it is a charge tat most employers hate to see on a check.
A lot will depend on what career you are looking at going into as well. If you were going for the army, you would probably be ok. If you were joining the police for example then you would have o wait for it to be taken off your dbs. I believe it stays on for 5 years but will check.
I can guarantee he would not get a job in the army with a history of theft on his record. The issue will be what type of skill she has and what his salary requirements are. Many minimum wage jobs (cleaning etc) will not require references. His employment options are however now limited.

2Depends on your wages imo, if you were on low/min wages then fuck them, yeah yeah come at me haters but if you are being underpaid then the employer is stealing from you.
In response to the initial poster I would suggest that if they had reported it to the police then you would have heard something by now.
In response to this post I have never heard anything so childish in my life.
Firstly an individual is aware of the salary when they take on the job, not getting as much as they want, or not being able to live due to gambling issues does not justify defrauding the company.
Secondly the company may be on a shoestring and employ other individuals. By defrauding the company and reducing there profits this can be putting more than one job at risk.
To the original poster – not judging you, I don’t know the factors in your life which led to this, I am just highlighting the moral component, but I would reiterate that if any actions had taken place I am sure the police would have requested an interview by now. As long as there was no theft involved and merely trading personal services I suspect you will be Ok
This is an excellent thread and a great indication of the impact of gambling.
I would urge all subscribers to read and consider whether they could be driving around in an Audi sports car instead of a crappy Peugeot 106 for example
The Bandit has provided a gamban link. The best way for you to make money is to use it. As I suspect that at the moment 99% of you are losing it
Great thread and I would urge everyone to follow suit and consider what you could have done with the money you have handed over to the casinos
The Bandit has kindly provided access to gamban in this site – I would urge anyone who can empathise with these losses to use it
If you do feel the overweening urge to give away £100’s of pounds each month there are people living rough on the streets of our country who can only dream of having £200 in there pockets to pay for a room for a week in the winter nights
I was going to try 10bet, but what put me off was the terrible score on trustpilot – 1.5/10 from over 200 reviews?
The issue with trustpilot or any site like that is it attracts poor reviews – if someone gets a good service they don’t think any more of it – if they have a problem they rush straight to a review site to complain
Rather than banging it on a new thread…. i’l just keep it in here…. but what else would i be doing to bring the New Year in haha
£4,000 deposited in 2 lots of £2k and i started on £8 stake. Had an early chance for a £3k profit which lost at the top but the hilariousness of this one is….. when it hit i stood up and dropped my pants and windmilled all around the lounge….. totally forgetting we got no curtains or blinds LMFAO! The wife said put yer noodle away
Sorry, I know it will be an unpopular post and I can’t blame the bandit for playing a game which is so profitable however…..
These continual posts of 5 figure tops on reel king do nothing to promote sensible gambling, neither does a statement such as “Ill come round your house and top it for you”
Great in principle but how many people can afford to invest up to 10k in a gamble to hit the top. And how many people are influenced to gamble more than they can afford because “the bandit always hits the top”
Bottom line is that the bandit has enormous influence and I believe at times he should be more circumspect – there is nothing wrong with showing big wins, everyone does it on this site, but there is an increasing perception that this is the norm and easily achievable.
peace and carrots bandit
You see if i don’t post my wins, i am accused of hiding things. When i have a loss on this game it is posted so when i have a win on this game, i feel it’s completely fine to post it. I will continue to post any top I have if i have pictured it. I don’t picture them all but this is a gambling forum, anyone popping along to it thoroughly expect to find posts about gambling, including winning stories and also losing stories, there are plenty of both.
Totally understand your point of view – just promoting healthy debate 🙂

1Ok Yidfather, you have qualified for The Bandit’s Swarm Saver …. i went a bit quiet there as i just loaded up Casumo with the intention of trying a swarm. I said to myself that if i managed a profit, i would send it to you – obviously it is unlikely to be much of a dent in the loss but i’m hoping it will help you out. Well, i maxed the hive quite quickly with the help of a few level upgrades and then i set out on £6. I had a base hit of £600 which pushed me back to money back and then on the 13th bee, exactly £500 down….. the fucker popped and activated
Below is the result, I will take my £1,000 back and the rest is yours. Peace and mother fucking Carrots baby.
I play it on auto so there was one press after this total, it has left my balance at £2,994.62 so that will be £1,994.62 for you. I will contact you on your registered email address and we will go from there yeah?
As a side note, i believe this is the first, and will be the only Swarm related random giveaway, anyone posting stories of their swarms, both good and bad should be able to do that without the accusation of just trying to get me to give them some money with me having said this
Bandit – firstly let me say, no disrespect, that I am not a great lover of most affiliates – but you my man are the dogs bollocks ! That is a freaking amazing gesture.
However I would also urge any viewer to take notice of the Yidfathers story and realise that the big win is “not round the corner” – it may never arrive and your family are far more important than pressing a button on a laptop keyboard to watch pictures spin round!
If you think you have a problem, or are getting that way – the Bandit has provided access to Gamban – use it before you lose something far more important than money
1At least you responded and didn’t just block me
I’m not that fussed about the money you win, its the fact my personal experience of this slot is s***e lol. I still think streamers get looked after when it comes to wins. Maybe you don’t know about it but they’ve got a vested interest in their affiliate players and they are sure to give an easier playing time.
They dont do anything to help affiliates..take redbet for example,Bandit does not play with them anymore after being an affiliate for ages, because they wanted him to jump through hoops for source of wealth…if they treated streamers so good then they wouldnt have done that as now they get no new sign ups through the bandit or ppl playing on a monthly basis to enter his draws.
Slight amendment to your statement Liggar. They don’t do anything to help Bandit, as he doesn’t take their bonuses.
A significant number of streamers have access to continual 100% bonuses by dint of their affiliate status but would argue that they are independent of the casino’s. These streamers are employees pure and simple whether they like it or not as a result of their enhanced benefits.
Bandit may be accruing affiliate income by way of this videos but this is a by product of his entertaning videos, and indeed a sign of his business acumen, one which has enabled him to escalate since I have been watching him from 60p spins, which he admitted he couldn’t afford and so took up affiliation, to £1000 bonus buys. he does not seem “in bed” with the casino’s in the way that NickSlots and RocknRolla seem to be with their endless 100% bonuses, to name but two.,
Always anuses me when people are astounded at low or zero bonuses, I suspect at times they are influenced by viewing all the massive one off 3 minute hits that affiliate streamers show on you tube.
yes the online casinos do pay massively more than the bookies, but to fund that 8000x bonus someone has to take a hit – accordingly you can expect to get ass raped to a far greater extent as well with zero or low bonuses.
Seems like someone had the same experience as you if you read over at the pogg
<iframe class=”wp-embedded-content” style=”position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);” title=”“Winner” — The Pogg” src=”https://thepogg.com/casino-review/winner/embed/#?secret=1v1yHV7jAd” width=”600″ height=”338″ frameborder=”0″ marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ scrolling=”no” sandbox=”allow-scripts” data-secret=”1v1yHV7jAd”></iframe>
Hence why they are not recomended.
Complete bollocks though, personally i would be very pissed off if that happened to me and would be contacting The Gambling Commission, E cogra, The Pogg Themselves and Casinomeister encase someone can help. Just letting them get away with it to me is not on.
Contacting the gambling commission and complaining that you breached the terms and conditions and therefore aren’t getting paid isn’t likely to generate much of a response 🙂
