Just had a spine shivering thought , seeing as the UKGC continues to get tighter and tighter on gambling laws, can we see gambling eventually be ruled out in the UK like they did in Australia ? This would be nightmare fuel for most gamblers and i can genuinely see there being a HUGE uproar if this was to eventually happen! Thoughts ?

Unlikely to happen due to the tax income generated, and as for “huge uproar” it would be s muted growl of disapproval at best.  I suspect many gamblers would be in part relieved as it would remove the monkey from there back.

I hear that oh I know a mate in the industry and he swears the games can not be tampered with?. Never had a salesmen tell you the car is mint then a day later the wheels fall off?. Ra magic had a new set up and it plays horrendously. Book or ra and ra 6 and a few more now have same set up. I find its harder to bonus them now and when they do a retrigger is like hens teeth, and your lucky to get 100x. But captain venture still has the old set up and pays well. On Friday all them didn’t bonus or I got around 50x no retriggers. The captain give me bonus and 100 spins and paid 600x. Am I just having the worst luck ever on them or is a rabbit away somewhere?. Yes there all out to make money but if they take away the odd bit hit, how long will we ply are money into them?.

The eternal cry of the gambler, I didn’t win so the games must be tampered with.  These guys are in a multi billion pound business, they don’t need to tamper, and if they did where did your 600x from Captain Venture appear from.

As to your other question, how long will we ply money into them?  Forever, until more people take advantage of Bandits Gambian link, having realised that the only person getting rich is the casino owner

I may be wrong but I think it’s linked to “likes” on your posts.

Dazza G had an unhealthy obsession with the slot and moaned like fuck about it all the time, it’s well known that it can rinse you and take hundreds of spins to bonus.

I would broaden your horizon and look to play some other slots, Genie Jackpots seems to play well without buying the bonus and has some crazy potential as well.

LOL – Dazza G moans about everything, can’t watch the guy, he just sits there whining non stop if he doesn’t get a bonus in the first 5 spins, and when he finally gets one sits there whining about how much he gets paid.

If that guy got the result of every horse race except one for a whole week correct, he would sit there ranting that the industry was rigged because that one horse didn’t come in.

I think a little visit to the “Big Win” section would answer how likely these sort of wins are to occur, answer is, they happen a lot – there are some wins in there that i could only dream of, we do have the advantage of seeing a lot of peoples wins in there though, you can filter 1000x+ in there now too, there are shit loads, all from “normal people” as they are being referred to lately lol

Sorry Bandit, but that statement doesn’t make sense – to tell people to look at a big win page for proof that there are lots of big wins around is like telling someone to go to a Ferrari convention to show that lots of people have Ferrari’s.  There is no context on that page.

The general consensus appears to be that big wins (1000x) are very rare, the big win page may show 100 wins of 1000x but this could be from 1,000,000 bonuses.

Basically if you are playing for a 1000x bonus or pay then 9999 times out of 10000 you are likely to be unlucky, and most times will have put more than that in to achieve it.

The answer to the question is in the question

They have removed those games from Canadian players, you are in Canada so cannot play them.

Anytime you try to circumnavigate restrictions imposed by a casino you are entering an arse kicking competition with a porcupine and just giving them a reason not to pay you out if you win

I made my own software which allows me to enter all my gambling records (game, total number of spins at whatever stake, starting balance, end balance, number of bonuses and bonus payouts) and then works out a “best strategy” for me based on starting balance and level of risk, so it’ll often suggest I start on e.g. Book of Ra at 20p until I hit a bonus (or 100 spins without one) then depending on the result of that, it’ll calculate the next game.

Given your recent post regarding losses I think I’m going to dodge that particular piece of software :-).  No offence !!

I will probably get some stick for this but I feel I need to say. When I joined the site I expected this just to be some lighthearted fun. Twice in 2 days I’ve read about 2 people toppings themselves and questioning life numerous posts about blowing Xmas wages can’t pay rent or buy presents and 1 this morning about been homeless. What do these people expect bandit to say it’s your lucky day here have 300 quid or something it’s not happening. Its doom and gloom sometimes.Half the people on here and trying to get handouts while a lot of others think they are qualified counsellors or financial advisers. People complain about games not bonusing in 1000’s of spins why cos bandit did a give away few weeks ago on a video. My advice why even play a game that’s notorious for not getting the bonus in the first place like bonanza or diamond if it doesn’t come after 200 spins bin the bloody game.I just thought the site would be a bit of fun but it’s actually quite depressing what you read.If I wanted doom and gloom id watch eastenders. 1st lesson in gambling when you get paid make sure rent/mortgage paid .Pay bills, fill fridge, freezer.Make sure direct debits are covered, fill the car up then at least if you blow the rest you can sit in nice warm house pig out and watch shit telly till next pay day.Sorry rant over

Sorry but whilst I agree with some of your points gambling is not all about sunshine, big win pages and hitting the top on the reel king ladder.

The bottom line is that seeing any streamer, notwithstanding their warnings win big money continuously (and lets face it, Steve has bought a house with his winnings) can encourage people to take a punt, the mist descends and they assume that like Bandit they will hit the big one if they continue long enough, not considering  that they don’t have his financial resources.

I have no time for people complaining they have broken there laptop/tv but we do need to hear these stories of homelessness and the attempted suicide from a couple of weeks ago to drum home to people the dangers of what they are engaging in.

I suspect if we had a “big loss” page on the site the figures would be eye watering.

this is in no way a criticism of the way Steve operates, he is very vociferous with his earnings – however they do

not hit as hard home as a woman with 2 small children telling her story of trying to kill herself as a result of gambling losses – these are stories we need to hear

I just wanted to say (and I’m sure there’s hundreds of others) thank you to the bandit for another year of entertainment!

I’ve been following you since the non stop bruce lee days way back in 2016, I still remember watching the test videos lol, all the way up until now!

When youtube tried to stop the fun, you made a website for us all, that’s pretty sick haha. Although I no longer gamble, it was thanks to you for providing me with gamban and informing me of gamstop

Here’s to 2019, and another great year for the bandit ? (Maybe some Jammin Jars in the next video, love that game!)

Seriously?  Don’t get me wrong, I like the Bandits videos, he seems like a nice guy and I know he does a lot of good deeds, but let’s put this into perspective.   The website was not made for you, he is running a very successful business, which even has casinos logging into his pages.

So yes, thanks for the entertainment bandit, long may it continue, but guys let’s stop the sycophantic adulation which occasionally permeates this site, he’s just a decent guy running a very successful affiliate business and doing the best he can for his family for which I wholeheartedly applaud him.

The hero worship just gets a bit cloying at times, I’m sure he must feel embarrassed himself aometimes when he reads it,

@Biohazard.   Agree with your sentiments, I suspect however that the OP is suffering on two fronts.  Firstly it sounds too much like a “begging post”, it’s ptobably not but it comes across that way.  Secondly with Tsunamis, refugees, deaths etc people have little sympathy with someone who describes not being able to watch videos as “hell”

I would also suggest that if his or her entire belongings in the world are an old laptop and TV that they take up a different hobby than gambling 🙂

I suspect the bookies already know which shops they are going to close – they have high traffic and low traffic areas.   I strongly suspect the option of playing 20p spins on slots will disappear or reduce drastically as they won’t want there machines being taken up by minnows when there are no longer whales to catch to make up for it.

Whatever happens this can only be good news for the town centres.  Many people don’t actually want to gamble online, and the money they might have pumped into the bookies might actually find its way into other stores.

I don’t think anyone will mourn the loss of bookies from the streets of our towns.  My main issue with them is that online you can ban yourself from every casino with one tool.   The bookies could have done this with a simple membership card scheme, but their greed got the better of them.

They will still make a lot of money, as is evidenced by the poster who lost £700, but the days of guys going in and losing £5k at a time are almost over.

Happily we are approaching  the days where 2 gold pots could wipe out there days profits 🙂
