Sorry to hear mate. Not a clue about anxiety or depression so not much use there i did however help my sister lose about 8 stone over a period of a couple of months. Best place to start i would suggest would be to just start slowly and build up. Exercise bikes often just get bought then sidelined maybe just start with walks. Not many people is up and about the early hours of the morning so perhaps going out then is an option? It will be really difficult to do own your own finding others with similar goals can really help with motivation. At the beginning diet is not really all that important imo getting a routine and getting active is more important to begin with. No quick fix for this am afraid going to take a lot of hard work. That’s actually pretty helpful, I have a very hard time sleeping im usually awake until gone 5 in the morning so maybe I could try then but it’s a bit worrying because recently a woman in my area got stabbed and mugged while walking her dog ? but I seriously am going to try that ???
It’s Friday and after a very long week I still have a couple of hours work left. Thing is I’ve lost my motivation for the working day. I’ve looked everywhere in the boot, behind the seats, in my pockets. I just can’t find it. Has anyone seen it. If you have please send some this way. Who made the law of 5 days work and 2 days off anyway. Why isn’t it the other way round. Infact I could set up a go fund me appealing for donations of motivation. All donations would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Try looking in your bank on payday you might see the motivation then ?
The only thing I will say which I have already said is when you do get lots of wilds on gates why do never ever ever see a skull on the first reel to go with it.

Before I start NO this isn’t a sob story but it’s really annoying me How he’s setting up a go fund me when there’s people like me who are in debt up to their eye balls with further debt coming in the next few months, can barely afford to pay rent most months and he’s setting up a go fund me for a phone

I genuinely might have to try it but I think I would feel too bad =/ i would feel as if I’m taking something from somebody else.
A bit like when you have a doctor’s appointment and end up missing it I then think to myself I’ve took that appointment away from someone else who could of needed it more you get what I mean?
