I have posted numerous topics and reply’s to other members about Online Casinos trying every trick in the book not to pay out, or trying to take our money in every corrupt fraudulent morally wrong way.

eg- verification only usually comes up on withdrawals. eg- new cards being issued so they need the old one. eg – depositing for months on end with no verification asked for. i could go on here.

The reply’s i get amaze me, they really do. I mean why are people defending the casinos? Am i out of order for thinking some of these members have secret motives? Do they work for the casinos? Can we check to see if these members are who they say they are? I mean what the actual F$%K are they doing defending them? Its just weird that they are don’t u think.

Yes i’m a losing gambler, so what! does that make me a conspiracy theorist? No it doesn’t. I’m just trying to get answers by any way i can. And every answer i’ve gotten from these so called members is pure cringe. They dodge the question, berate my wording. call me incoherant, try in any way they can to not answer the question i’ve asked in a normal manner.

Yeah I got banned years ago at sky, took no deposit bonus lost, they then email a code or a link I forget which, used that next minute account locked after I won like 100 gbp .could of argued that it was not listed in tos but they would have found it somewhere.

Stupidest ban I had was off the virtual casino group, wish i had looked at casino mister before I played at vg

They claimed I made 328 accounts in one day and they banned me withheld my cashout and deposit .I asked at 15 minutes a time to create the account do they propose I did this ..

Any and every site you are registered on self-exclude yourself, email asking for lifetime ban and them to ban any future accounts .

Shut paypal ect .ask your bank to give you a card that won’t allow deposits to gambling sites or let someone control your money until you stop or get help .install the blocking software as mentioned .its also a good idea to stop watching gambling videos as an addict ..

With prejudice in a law sense, in short, would mean they can’t have the same claim filed against them  .a judge DISMISSED the case.

I could be stood over someone with a 12 gauge shotgun in my hand putting pictures on social media well holding a sign saying I did it, but if the case goes to court and the judge dismisses all charges I like poker stars will be LEGALLY not guilty.

that would be the previous owner though as no charges can be filed against the current one for crimes that may have happened previous to 2014 when amaya bought it,but you naturally know that ..

I believe Someone asked about RTP but the games aren’t run like that. They are based on individual rounds not collective. Ours are at least.

 

I agree some used to be rigged but they get found out. The big ones now… no chance. They make 150mil a year legally… and again, I can see game rounds.

Depends on your bank .pokerstars for example withdrawal to debit card to bAnk account with natwest pretty much instant  ,now im using Halifax, same transaction takes day to 3 days..
