If you have deposited after June being based in Aus and its states so in your vs account they have to refund the money .if you have however been using a VPN to bypass it  or the account is not registered in aus yet you are using it there to bypass then they can void any winnings and deposits.

A site like ibas or similar online ombudsman for gambling may be able to help.I would first go to live chat seen as they have no apparent contact number and ask for a manager,I would then demand that it be sorted out,I would also be asking for either a ring back from them or a contact number ..

I’m not an expert and correct me if I am wrong someone, but I seriously cannot see any credit card company allowing chargebacks for a gambling site – everyone would be doing it after they had lost!
