I used to look forward to his comments as much as anything each week- he swears at the same point I and all degens do on every shit feature or just miss of a feature.

I just don’t get the same feeling from a stream and probably that’s because their are plenty streamers out there- there are no others like Bandits old videos (or none that I have been able to find).

maybe no legal requirement to tell you the call is being recorded (that’s a grey area again open for interpretation) but if you then use that recorded call in a later conversation it will not paint you in a good light and will effect your negotiating/ morale high ground position. When Asking IBAS to rule for you it’s really important you are the squeeky clean guy who has is being taken advantage of by a big nasty casino who have stolen your winnings and all your attempts to resolve this have been done by the book.

happened to me on another casino and i didn’t just accept it. Put in a formal complaint to show the t&cs are prohibitive and threaten IBAS.

They will fight with you every step of the way and it isn’t an overnight fix.

Get them to admit you are at deadlock if they won’t back down so you can take to IBAS. If you are with a casino that has a UK licence they do rule in your favour on this type of thing more often than you would expect (its almost like they want to rule against casinos).

Check the t&cs on the site as many of them have t&cs which contradict each other which means they are prohibitive and open to interpretation. I once had a dispute with a big casino which had t&cs templated/ copied from another casino in the same group- they were unenforceable as they didn’t even have the correct name of the casino on them (screen shotted and saved obviously).

Always stay polite and professional in your complaints and make sure everything is in writing every step of the way. If they want to discuss with you on the phone which they may do at the latter stages of complaint make sure you record the call (and legally you have to say at the start of the call you are recording it).

Don’t just accept it- fight it. at the very worst they will want to settle on some amount with you.

Watched the Bandit for a long time and love the fact he is a total degen and says it as it is. I don’t play through any of his affiliate links as already had accounts with all the sites he uses and already play at them all.

Fact he tilts and sometimes smashes in a huge wad like i have done many times makes him fun to watch. Nice to see when he has a decent win to get out of it. Love the fact he swears at shit features like I do and shouts on the big wins.

This promo was abused by a load of people and he’s seen his arse at people taking the piss. Don’t blame him really. Would’ve preferred he did the draw and made sure the winners were signed up before the lil devil win (ie his long time followers) but he doesn’t even have it in him to fix the draw. One of his techies could’ve easily left out any new sign ups leaving him with maybe 2 or 300 legitimate entries but he chose to go the other way- it’s his money and he can do what he likes with it. Was anyone offering support or advice or moaning when he dropped 50 bags on reel king? It was entertaining and painful to watch. Just after that he gave away a couple of grand in his regular monthly draw and his long term followers realise this. To all his new followers (pond life) who were just after a free buck – cheers for spoiling it for the genuine ones.

From all the degens in blackpool good luck to you. Will still watch you every week even if I can’t ever win any of your prize draws (unless you set up some affiliate links with casinos I don’t already use).

May be worth changing description in video to avoid moaners because you said 33% of profit. 6k is still a good giveaway but you know what some people are like.
