If you got stairs in your house mate use them like a lot going up and down stairs solid for 10 mins then a break of about 5 mins do it for a hour a day that gets your cardio going once your body gets used to it increase it a bit before a break.

Ok folks so I’m going see if bandit wants to take a zero tolerance stance now I think no post for help at all (this will piss some people off as there are kind hearted people on here but it’s getting out of control) also no posting of your private emails or numbers as this seems to now be causing problems for people aswell.

I have seen people calling for more moderators to be added unfortunately this is not possible as all the moderation is done on the back end of the site and not on the front end as it was made bespoke.

If there are things that people believe in terms of rules will help the forum become a better place then let us know ?

Thanks, It was deffo the arcades that started me off at a young age but when I think about the whole tickets for prizes scheme it just seems to be planting that horrible little seed.(not you dave??)

#shocked ???????? gambling has been around as long as prostitution in regards to being the oldest professions in the world so I don’t think even if we advance are tech and go out into space there would still be gambling lol. In regards to arcades having an influence on your child its completely possible but it is also completely not possible its the same as other things that are well out of your hand examples smoking they have a friend later in high school that asks them if they want a toke… same with weed and other shit I suppose my point is and this is how I look at it with my 5 years old and 2 years old is as parents we can only educate them as best we can explain while they are growing up and guide them away from any possible dangers mate the rest I suppose is up to them as they get older.

In all cases big wins are put through to me to look at in the back end I’ve just checked on the over 5000x section and only 2 out of the first 15 did not show a stake due to one being jamming jars and it was a picture of the total win screen and the other was ninja ways and looked to be in the free spins having never played this game yet I can only assume this is a real play at this point. In almost every case people don’t input the stake they played at correctly if at all when submitting a big win so I need to be able to see it to input into the field along with the win amount.

In total there are 5466 published big wins and after looking at all of these I would be happy saying that I’m positive at least 99% of these will show a currency. As for how to sometime tell on certain makers games if it is real play is that there is no currency mark next to the bet/balance/win etc.
