Maskwearer’s advice is spot on and is probably the best way forward for you takes away any risk that you could lose it all in the future.

This thread was put up by myself not to start the discussion but at least try to point people in the way of what the governing bodies would consider professional help if they need it as I don’t think using a online forum for this is potentially going to help or solve anyone issue.

As for what my opinion is can more be done to help people sure most definitely and changes do need to be made to facilitate this.

But ultimately people also need to truly want the help available to work for it to help them. There is no shortcut to fixing any addiction issue regardless of whether it is drink, drugs or gambling.

Agreed with you here Seedy, but the level of incompetence is incredible, i do get that some people get pissed off after a while. Or is 3 months for a complaint normal? Or the level of ”goodwill” after clearly being fcked over (even got it on video) or the lies made by customer support? not to mention the big, big breaches of their terms of license?

I get that people can get upset but again these people only work of a script which is displayed to them on a computer. 🙂
