Never heard of the site but have heard of jumpman, maskwearer is right if they wanted your id they should have asked before they accepted your deposit.

i would send them an email informing them you will be making a complaint to the UKGC if your withdrawal is not processed in the next few days.

Update:

The withdrawal was processed today after I refused to provide further documentation and told them I was going to make a complaint to the UKGC.

Which I would have done if it wasn’t, I do believe it was against their licensing regulations and If they wanted the documents then they could ask after the withdrawal was processed.

Tbh it does pop up when you load a game that the max bet is £5 and £30 on table games .

 

if you haven’t dipped into bonus you will be fine but I think you must have if you said you wagered the bonus .

afaik real cash wagering doesn’t contribute to bonus funds .
