I just want to withdraw back to my bank and tell them to get stuffed, had problems with every method of funding crypto,not worth the hassle, I really dont understand how players are able to deposit and withdraw large amounts to crypto casino without problems,have sent crypto to external wallets then on to BC to avoid gamble unfriendly exchange and still had account closed.

 

 

I have used Skrill for over 10 years now, I used it for UK Casinos, then stopped for a long time and moved to Paypal, when I started Playing on Crypto Casinos I used Skrill all the time, I have VIP Skrill now my Depsoit limit is $50k pm,( I use Skrill on $ it works only on the phone app)  never had problems with Skrill they never ask me for bank statement, skrill use Bitpanda wallet which is very good also, same with Bitpanda never ask me any doc… my last cashout from Bitpanda was over £20k

I have played on BC for over a year now, I use VPN all the time, my biggest cashout was $28k, paid in 30mins, and never had any problems, on lover level BC charger for cashout, when you get over VIP 40 no chargers, regards to 8% chargers, some wallet they ask you to do International transfer, special when is over £50k transfer, one time I got asked by Kraken to do International transfer I got charged £198 for £10k by bank not by Kraken

No shade just genuinely curious whether I can actually gamble there and not have to worry about ever being denied a withdrawal because I live in England and I’m using a vpn to play on the site.

It’s a huge risk to them in other locations if UKGC etc start asking for explanations of why people are showing bonus buys on software which is banned in the UK. It isn’t illegal from a players point to play outside the UK. However, it is illegal for unlicenced casinos to accept bets from players(that’s non-UKGC casinos). There are definite legal issues with software providers, if there were not then they wouldn’t geolock their games at all. The thing about it is all decisions the UKGC take in regards to enforcement and delisting demands are political in nature. In France the body there is far more active. They are taking severe action against a number of sites and operators including legal action, delisting demands and more.

The only thing UK can do to Crypto casinos is sent a fine for not paying TAX in the UK 😂, but Crypto casinos can say we do not have any UK gamblers, so win-win for Crypto casinos, Crypto casinos don’t even like to KYC players but now they need to,I am sure soon a lot of Crypto casinos will move on the new spot or even operate without a license at all, as longes gamblers get paid they don’t care about licenses

I think I’m with you in spirit on the thread, but a question…..

If it not illegal for uk players to play in non uk casinos regardless of where they are, but it’s illegal for these casinos to take the bet of a uk player,

how can it be illegal ? What law could uk use against a casino that doesn’t recognise or sign up to its rules ? and what “ prosecution” would the casinos fear if they aren’t in the uk market anyway ? see these questions  fries my brain
