Now all 3 could happen soon or never at all, so there realistic and maybe 2022/2023 is the year

I would like to see Independence and then Maybe join the Union again if the Terms are equal… Same as people want with Brexit & I think that’s democracy

Hi Rikki…. I understand my friend, I’ve been there and was off me work for 4 difficult years… I found that finding enjoyable pass times helped me greatly, like reading and stuff to get me out of my bad days… And I knew as soon as I woke up if it was a bad day….

Motivation is key.. Very difficult I know but its essential to recovery.

Long quiet walks is a good way to lose weight, I know you said you don’t get out much but this would help your anxiety too, if you can manage Ofcourse ?

There’s some good advice out there for weight loss in J. Rogan podcasts with those MMA guys, all big dudes who need the best ways of weight loss. The main takeaway from them that I got was don’t over eat for what your doing in your day otherwise exercises are pointless.

My one Devilfish story is that my friend won a £1,000 seat in the Victor Chandler Gold Cup poker event in Victoria casino London around 2005/6 with only 10 players and 3 prizes… Which the Devilfish himself had won a seat in & I didn’t go with him. My pet peves when I gambled… I’ve stopped since December 2018….

1. Getting a decent bonus with a high multiply and winning nothing.. Like on the Casino Pharoes Fortune with like 18 spins and a x4/x5 paying like 20x.. Should be minimum 100x ?

2. Staff in casinos who get you the coffee but hide a lot. ☕?

3. Managers in general ??

4. When lucky lady charm is not lucky…. Fucking Biatch… Opps sorry. Yeah I’m a charmer Not.

5. I hate these new systems in the casino where you use your Points card for play instead of printing the tickets or cash. I feel like there following/Watching  your play ?
