Hi Russ… The ID thing… Out of date I’d will only ever be used for policy’s and not Lawful transactions.

Its the same as flying in the UK where you don’t need ID as UK Law to fly in your own country, but after 9/11 carriers had policy’s introduced (Not Law) and therefore cannot stop you from flying without a valid passport, as its not required by UK Law.

As Mr Green2711 said a Valid ID is only required if the Law says so.

Avoid this casino at all costs imo, because their from Sweden and Swedish companies are the nut low, they are based in Malta but have head offices in Sweden and will use the letter off the Law in their favour Ofcourse in daily dealings.

Would be insane for Leo Vegas to risk their licenses, just because people are too lazy to send in the id needed. I think Leo is a very legit site.

As for Leo being a swedish company. So you don`t play on Videoslots,Mr Green, etc etc?? Also many big providers are swedish.

It would be insane for Leo Vegas to risk their licence?

Well they just did by not employing a compident Lawyer to do… due diligence
    nounLAW
reasonable steps taken by a person to avoid committing a tort or offence.
a comprehensive appraisal of a business undertaken by a prospective buyer, especially to establish its assets and liabilities and evaluate its commercial potential.

Thats what Good compident companies do, before the Actual date of implementation of said laws.

Struggling to make sense of any of your last five or six posts mate, but so there’s no confusion I’m only talking about online casinos, not high street bookies shops. No idea what rules the latter are subject to in respect of cash withdrawals, but I do know years ago when I was playing FOBTs every shop I played in would give me cash if I deposited cash and pay out to my card if I deposited with a card. But I don’t know what’s an obligation versus company policy on the high street.

The point is unless your a Lawyer just Stop.

Policy, Terms and conditions are guidelines for us, not actual Law.

So again unless your a gaming industry lawyer just fucking stop.

Who’s to say that there aren’t casinos out there doing this but just havent got caught?

Full Tilt didn’t cheat players..They ran a cash cow for certain members who abused the friendships, see all players who played on Highstakes poker shows its suspected that it was all fake not to be paid back etc.

The poker site your looking for is Absolute Poker who did cheat, By the owner of said site using a name called Potripper

Poker sites are way worse. First deposit you hit everything. Flush draws, full houses, straight draws, trips off the flop. It’s ridiculous. Everyone one of them. Boom then bad beat after bad beat. The worst i had was losing pocket kings 7 times in a row. What’s the the odds on that and btw not one of them 7 did i play against pocket aces. ?

Poker has an unbelievable variance, I’m sure, like myself, you’ve played a lot of hands, I don’t think being new has anything to do with it. I’ve been a lot unluckier with cards cracking my high pairs and losing with flopped full houses in live play than online.

Tend to agree with Rbeen here, the fate in poker depends on the seat your given or choose.. Superstitions ftw ?

But yeah PS in particular is very fair and balanced, Party poker too and are constantly monitored by outside parties doing observation and using trackers.

Most poker hands are either between 6/4 or 2/1 odds so when running below expected EV (winning hands) it can be brutal.

After steve saying in the video about no magic mirror i remembered green2271 problem with the game on video slots. I can only think this is why the game has been removed. Whether this is temporary or permanent we don’t know but after green2271 game crashing after 6 retriggers and nearly 30 spins remaining maybe this is the reason it’s not on video slots at the minute.

Seems very likely brother and its rather annoying for Green2711 . Whatever happened to the server knowing what it’s payed, and the bonus is just a visual.

Maybe I’m just being paranoid.. ?

A valid passport – an expired passport can be used up to a maximum of five years after expiry. Valid photographic EU or Swiss national identity card. Valid photographic driving licence, provisional or full.

I should bloody well think so, if not flying out of the UK, next it’ll be blue passports for bus rides. ?

Its all that Oligarchy ?Not the nice gentlemen in suits with bowler hats not them Sir.

The whole thing is a scam anyway. It’s not gonna happen. Theresa May has been against Brexit the whole time, so why does anyone think she will ever put forward a deal they will vote for? It’s all corruption. They will keep doing this until a new vote happens. And if they vote to leave, they will do the same over and over again until the vote says to remain.

May (along with Cameron) and about 70% of all the MP’s are remainers and make no secret about it. I used to be as cynical as many others about our MP’s, but my bout of illness gave me  time to watch a lot of Commons tv and that transformed my opinions of them. There’s always going to be things to bitch about, but overall we have a group of very hardworking ( see how many have bags under their eyes) talented, caring people doing their best to make the UK as great as it can be. I’d take our lot over anyother countries MP’s  that’s for sure! Oh, and i’ll bet anything a deal will be made in the end!

Still don’t believe me after the demonstrations today? Well, I’m right. I’m always right. And I’m getting tired of it. Nobody else seem to get it, but everything I’ve said about US politics, UK politics, European politics, Norwegian politics etc, has happened. This will happen too. The globalists are winning cus they have the media with them. And social media.

Look at this Mueller report in America. After 22 months of investigating they’ve found nothing. Yet the DNC keeps pushing and launching their own investigation. Mark my words; The left will now come up with some stupid excuse, saying Mueller has conspired with Trump about collusion with Russia, or that Mueller didn’t investigate properly.
They’re grabbing at straws all the goddamn time, but they’re not getting anywhere, yet nobody stops them.

Protests like the one in London today will keep happening. The politicians will feel the pressure from the protests, and they’ll undo the last vote to open up for a new one. The democracy is failing, and people either don’t see it, or they’re too radicalized to change their minds, so they’ll just brush off any evidence and keep going.

Remember what I said in this thread, and come back to me when it’s all done. You’ll see I was right.

The DNC and MSM in the USA have been running a shrewd campaign to drown out the noise the progressives of America.

Using Trump as a distraction basically to get their agenda through, remember their all the same, most Democrats vote with trump 70% of the time on average except the ones who don’t matter, to keep there seats etc, they swap votes etc, most have the same type of lobbyist DNA-Pharmaceutical-Banking RNC-Oil-Gas-Private prisons and both have Israel + others I’m sure.

    @awesomex

The fact that not 1 But 2 Brexit votes in the houses of Parliament have failed by unprecedented margins 291 v 242 for the 2nd round and resulting in a no confidence vote of the government also unprecedented it sure was a surprise to see the Maybot say that Parliament was at fault for this & against the people when it’s the MP’s who represent the people. It’s utter shameful & totally against democracy what she said, Her Government is at fault for losing the vote, due to the FACTS she does NOT hold a majority in Parliament.

Now no one ever asked her to hold fucking elections & was told specifically not to do so. Because the fucking country just voted for BREXIT demanding change. Now when Democracy does indeed WORK but not in her favor, she flung her Toys at Democracy. What a Joke. It ain’t Labour’s or our faults that ERG group and others stabbed her in the back and will continue to do so, therefore I feel the pain of it, thank fuck Mr Bercow was bold enough to stop the Maybot’s undemocratic parade of the same meaningfull vote time and time again. If I was a Brexiteer I’d be pissed too, after all pissing away that slim majority would have got it through.

Exactly, KYC annoys players, the casinos don’t want it. Guess who’s never going to come back to a casino again and deposit and lose all their salary and winnings? Someone who tried to withdraw and couldn’t, that’s who. Casinos want you to be able to withdraw because they know many players are going to redeposit and pump those winnings back in a day or two later. It’s not in their financial interest to try and keep you from doing that.

I mean this post is utter bullshit, just shear incompetence that I have to address it.

Guess what? William Hill bookies will NOT give you the cash that you deposited from your card, never, and they are some off the best financial guys out their who regulate markets all day long, but you know they definitely want you to gamble but will stop you gambling again from your card until the deposits are returned to the card 3/5 working days. But Ladbroke will give you the cash even if it was all deposited from your card, that’s hard cash from 1 bookies but not the other. The rules are the same but I suspect they have different Lawyers & Accountants ?

    Good day to you.. ??

When you look into the Boeing fiasco Agryl53 and realise that most often TheLaw is not something they respect due to $’s cost, this is the same for most all business I’m afraid, including mine because I don’t buy the best tyres or have a roll cage installed for extra safety due to the expense.

You may never suffer or see why I should, but I’m legally covered, and have a union with high powered Lawyers to fight any case I may encur.

A lawyer will argue his case to defend any client in any litigation for the benefit of his client only, using the bare essentials or stretching of the Law on what that Law says to their benifit, its definitely a Skill to do so.

No matter what you post in regards to Rules of the profession they are there to be challenged & are quite literally in a daily basis.

As seen in Stevie post, they are using a technical rule of a new card, which can & will be argued in court in the future.

So yeah the Lawyers have worked out with the Chartered Accountants that it’s a win win policy, that is technically legal.

Its a form off gaslighting that you & the company’s are engaged in, Imo. If you were a Lawyer you’d understand that rules mean nothing until their ruled against in the Supreme Court of the UK.
