I am suffering from the same issues. Opened an account, allowed me to deposit circa £750 over a week or so, have come to withdraw just under £3500 and they have no suspended my account. Their livechat feature currently isn’t connecting for me. I started one yesterday and when I opened the browser to start another today after over an hours wait I realised my first chat is still active but ‘Not read’ 21 hours later.
I have emailed them all the documentation but that are now requested payslips as far back as March 2020, which I have provided by they are telling me it doesn’t match the bank statements so I need to reupload them all again.
I can’t access anything on the site and can’t even check the status of my withdrawal.
