I don’t want to now start off again on a platform that could possibly, at some point in the future, decide nah no thanks off you go. So i am now looking for solutions that don’t have their own platform so to speak but are just a video host pure and simple and i will then pipe the videos through to the same place they have been for the last couple of months, this website.

 

I can then chill out and know that there will only be no videos, when i decide there will be no videos and not when some cunt platform clicks their “Power” button.

Yeah i had heard that 4 was the sweet spot, perhaps it is just 4 and not 6 haha who knows! I am not that big of a fan of this one though as most of the time, the bonuses seem shite, there have however been some unbelievable X stake wins submitted from it in the big win section!

I went to Vegas last year and played some of the slots they had in the casinos there, like Buffalo Gold and Willy Wonka and stuff like that, they didn’t seem to have great win plans, like when it looked like a huge win i found that quite often, it was 50x or something.

 

I will usually just have a pint of whatever lager is going haha, i do like a Staropramen or a Peroni though. I quite like a Rum too when i am out, Old J has been a very nice one i have discovered recently, heavy on the vanilla that one is. I rarely go in the bookies anymore tbh, i do like to play pub fruit machines though and as long as someone else is driving then yeah, i will usually have a couple 😀

 

I did a video when on YT a bit about my gambling, i think most people would find it a bit of a snore haha I have gambled for a living now in some way shape or form for 8 years, i could probably write a decent book now lol

Been a bit up in the air this week with the Vimeo saga lol

Nah not really mate, only thing would be not moving up to the likes of £1.50/£1.80/£2 stakes quick enough – got myself almost £24,000 down at the beginning of the original channel in 3 months playing on 60p, i found that you never really got a decent hit, well i didn’t anyway. One day i ramped it up to £1.80 and then i hit that monster on Game of Thrones, £3,726 i think it was. Didn’t really look back from there.

 

A lot is always made about the starting point of 60p, i’ve only raised because of affiliation if you ask some people, truth of it is i’ve got just as much money now as i had back then, it was a case of learning what my audience wanted (60p was everyones norm when i first started, streamers i mean) and indeed how any game worked outside of Raging Rhino and Bruce Lee which back then were all i had really ever played, if you concentrated on the early videos where the stake was small, you would also notice that i never swore either. One day i just thought fuck this, i’m being totally me and then came the cursing which i just do whilst i play. Turns out it was much more popular than the non sweary me and there is pretty much how you find me these days.

 

It’s difficult to regret anything from my gambling past, even though i used to lose everything all the time, by doing exactly that led me to learning various techniques in various gambling areas that now form a large part of my living so in my case it has all happened for a reason.

I was playing a machine in a pub the other day and the last time i played it, it broke on payout and owed me £40 so this time i thought i would video the payout – it broke again owing me £40 again! The woman gave me the £40 straight from the till which is quite rare but she did this last time too, i would suggest for any payout, just start recording with your phone and then should anything weird happen, you have it right there to show them.

I’d only had one strike at the time of deletion you see, it seems they pick and choose what they want to do with you at any given time and tbh, that isn’t something i want back. I would rather just plod on from this website. Out of interest, have you tried to watch one that was freezing for you a few hours later? Like perhaps it is some sort of processing issue, dunno really just trying to think of things it could be, if you can, go back to one that froze for you when you first watched it here, see if it still freezes this time?

It’s not something i have managed to replicate myself and i have watched several of the videos on my iPhone and iPad, there must be something that is causing it but it doesn’t happen to me on mine so i can’t even begin to suggest a cure unfortunately.

I would imagine it would put the video quality to a setting that the device being used can handle.

 

It’s either cope with the freezing or don’t watch i’m afraid as i simply don’t have any other solutions right now, it’s just not as easy as “sticking the video up on your site” i’m afraid, in fact, that would lead to many more viewing problems as when you host your own videos, there is only one version of the video provided. When you use a hosting company, there are many different versions on the video available based on where in the world the viewer is and what they are watching it on.

 

I didn’t get any reports of any freezing from anyone that watched on an actual computer, it seemed pretty limited to tablets and mobiles, perhaps just watch on the computer.

I don’t currently need an alternative mate.

When i make the next video i will upload it to Vimeo in the way i have my videos on there right now.

Bizarrely, Vimeos problem is me directing traffic away from Vimeo to my website, well hang on, i purchased a business subscription so that i could do exactly that! It was documented that you were not allowed to do that with the free version or the cheapest version, it actually said, if that is what you want to do you will need Vimeo Pro or Vimeo Business so you tell me where the problem lies lol

I am not interested in building up the Vimeo channel in relation to followers or views or anything at all, i just needed a video host so i have no problem whatsoever in putting the whole thing behind closed doors on there, it just means those few that were having freezing problems with the videos direct on here will just have to cope with that, adjust the video quality to auto or similar as no one will now be able to watch direct at Vimeo, i don’t exist directly on the platform now but as i said, that is of no concern to me.
