Can anyone let me know if there is anyone else I can speak too rather than the waste of time staff on chat? I love the casumo fames and layout etc but this is now a bit of a joke.  I just want my money I’ve won so i can buy some new golf clubs ?

 

 

i had this problem sent them 2 wage slips and a bank statement it was sorted strait away if you go in live help asked for andy he will get it sorted for you mate
