At least it was 4 consecutive spins – so clearly just an error their end accepting bets, can’t say anything suspicious there. Had it been 4 bonus rounds spread out over multiple spins then yeah I agree but this just seems to be a 4 minute issue with the game server or something which isn’t uncommon.

Why didn’t you play on one of your normal sites ? Presumably because you’re on Gamstop ?

Even if you were drunk, I find it hard to believe you were able enough to find and sign up to a brand new casino and deposit  but weren’t able to notice “backinamo.uk” was very different to this, a website that you’re used to and come on fairly often.

I think the £3.50 charges are the least of your problems, max bank charges will get capped at like £80 anyway. Find yourself some work, get on Gamstop (although I suspect you already are) and don’t sign up to any more dodgy sites.

4 x top symbol in a straight line is only

100X and 5 x Top Symbol is 500X. I think you’re getting confused that it’s 1,000X during the bonus when they expand so you have 10 lines of 100X.

Check the sites terms, it’s not uncommon for it to state if you use someone else card they are entitled to assume you have permission of the card holder. I personally think you will be ok but they may block the account or at least stop you using that card – that’s what pokerstars and party poker do but they do pay out in this situation.

People would probably pay more attention if you actually tipped these winners before the race and not just say you got a winner afterwards.

Otherwise all we see is you tipped 2 horses today.

    1 Winner at 2/5 so £1 returns £1.40

    1 loser so £1 returns 0.

In total I would be 60p down today, but then you mention these other winners that you never said anything about before.

I appreciate you’re learning but if you’re going to start “tipping” on a forum it’s important to only inform people of the results of the horses you tipped and not other random bets you did that you never mentioned before.

    Hey,

if you want more people to get active and pay attention to this thread you need to actually tip your selections and not just post random winners later on.

Today you have tipped 2 horses:

    1 winner at 2/5 so £1 returns £1.40

    1 loser so £1 returns 0

Following your tips today people would be 60p down per £1 but then you start saying you’ve had 3 winners on horses you never even mentioned.

If you’re going to start tipping on a forum <span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>you should Only mention the results of the horses you actually tipped and not other random bets you had that you never mentioned on here.</span>

lucky 15 idea take these 3 and add another horse with decent form. Must be 4 selections from different races.

I do 50p with 15 bets each way so you have 30 bets consisting of doubles singles amd trebles etc

    £15 bet in total

    State Crown 3-1 race 5

    First Winter 5-6 race 6

    Casting Vote 5-6 race 7

Buicks first horse Zamani already won ?

You back odds on shots in E/W lucky 15’s???

    Good shout with Stanford.

Yes, that is really bad strategy.

even the 4 you picked today – 3 winners and 1 loser but in an EW lucky 15 you would spend £15 but only return £13.90 so you actually lose money for picking 3/4 winners.

Try doing bigger stake doubles trebles etc on such selections and definitely no EW on horses that are odds on.

    good luck though ?

You may well be in the right, but the short and simple answer is you’re not getting paid.

They are a blacklisted casino for the the very reason they don’t pay out in situations like this. Ever.

I would tell you friend to cut his losses and move on.

It really doesn’t matter what we think to be honest. I’m a lawyer and could cite so many things they do wrong, but they are a Curacao casino and aren’t supposed to accept U.K. players anyway.

They are not regulated under our laws, and you would have 0 hope of seeing the money I’m afraid.

Your “friend” is probably on Gamstop which is why he is using these dodgy casinos so the best advice you can give him is to just not use them as it will always end in disappointment – he will either lose, or win and not be able to collect.

Yeah it’s terrible, and no for <span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>pokerstars it’s after any deposit (not just first) that you can’t withdraw until 24 hours since deposit. Seemingly no reason for it, just a way of making money as like OP says you will inevitably lose it if you don’t have the patience to wait. </span>

Im not even taking sides, as don’t agree with the way things are promoted either, but your statement that “I didn’t read the terms because no one does” is not true and is the exact cause of your issue. As another member has posted above there is clearly and “opt out” of that particular promotion and so it’s squarely on your to decide if that promotion is good value or not in your eyes.

There is no way you can accuse anyone else for being responsible, as why would bandit waste his time at the start of each video explaining all the latest promotions of terms of a particular site – that’s not what he’s here to do, that’s on you.

I gather English isn’t your first language from the poorly constructed explanations which actually still aren’t entirely clear but the concept remains the same.

There were not 2 results, reality is you probably bet on the 07th game as tennis betting is usually a game ahead on bets like that.

show a screenshot of your bet and I can advise further.

Im a lawyer and look at contracts/terms/procedures etc all day long and I would confidently say there is a 0% chance of any refund or positive response to the complaint. As mentioned above they have not strictly speaking done anything wrong and have operated within their required parameters – I appreciate your friend probably thinks they should have acted more quickly but there needs to be a balance between the cost of them live monitoring players (I.e constantly) and their duty to act.

Take potholes as a good example – the council have to periodically check to maintain a reasonable standard – they are not liable for every pothole as some may form between inspections and it would too burdensome for them to constantly be checking the roads on a daily basis so a balance has to be struck.

Aside from the legal standpoint there is then the moral standpoint that he does not actually deserve the money back as there has been no injustice – as others have said it would open up the casinos to a huge amount of unknown liability and would be grossly unfair to them. I would probably suggest for this reason alone the complaint would be rejected.

It’s actually slightly worse at 29/1 (not 30/1) and be careful if you do play that you don’t accidentally bet splits/corners etc as you do not get the lightening odds at all (not even apportioned etc) it only applies on straight up bets!

Oh shit it’s 30-1 with your bet. Well that’s wank. When it says 30-1 I automatically assume it’s the same as live roulette where it’s 35-1 and you keep your bet. So it’s actually 29-1. That’s fucking horrendous. Do you know the house edge for the game? I’ve searched and searched and can’t find it.

Yeah it’s petty poor, but attracts people with the excitement of hitting 2/3/4/500 x on a number.

Im pretty good with numbers/math but honestly can’t calculate the house edge on this one – I think there are too many variables to make it possible as each spin it selects a random amount of numbers to enhance (I think between 1-5) and enhances each one by a random amount from 50x – 500x. It then of course has to land on one of those numbers which is another random event.

I think with enough sample data you could estimate a rough house edge etc, but it’s probably going to be like the calculation of the hypothetical interest rate of premium bonds – whilst it can be estimated everyone’s experience will be different and the edge will never have a constant but more a fluctuating range (my best guess is anything from 7%-15%)
