I completely understand your point, but of course I can’t see the risk as I know I’m a stand up honest guy and I have more to lose by not paying you back – I.e my livelihood.

the only incentive, other than some interest, is purely helping out a fellow man in need who one day can hopefully do the same for you.

I’m only a few years qualified and practicing private client law. It takes a long time to train and qualify so whilst I now finally earn good money I have another year of paying back to costs of putting myself through the training to get here. In addition I also support my disabled girlfriend.

To me it’s a measurement of someone’s ability to interpret and analyse information and is a good starting point if intellect in that regard.

That being said I think there are so many different ways to measure and interpret intelligence it would be wrong to rely on a single method.

I think it was Einstein who once said if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will spend its entire life thinking its stupid. I couldn’t agree more with this
