Thankfully he has the sense to stay away now as he put what he deems to be too much of what he won on it back into it losing it. Which is an inevitable part of playing a slot too long, regardless of 98, 96 or 94% rtp. He made a house out of that slot and got a lot of fun out of it.It’s time to move on and play another slot, get lucky and decide to stop playing it before he loses it all.

Where do you see a complaint? When did i make a complaint to videoslots or anyone else? I was hoping for help to get my deposit back without having to wait and wager money first to meet certain anti money laundering money laws the Casinos have.
I still made a 100 quid deposit to support the stream knowing about the lower RTP . I had only found out about it here and at the time i didn’t understand the ins and outs. I then looked into how and why the RTP was changed, AFTER I made a 100 pound deposit and had the choice to play elsewhere if i didn’t want to get involved simply because i enjoyed the Bandits stream. Never once do i call for Casinos to make a win less likely than before. That’s because i gamble. I just accept it is my responsibility to spend my money where i want, when i want and WHY i want. Unlike most people arguing against me. Judging me to be pro lower RTP and wins lol.

Gameroom. I think when you reset the limit you have 7 days cooling off before it takes effect. Other sites it’s 24 hours. You can change the limit everyday maybe, but need to wait 7 days from the last change before you can deposit more. If you put in less every day you don’t need to wait at all, unlike if you put in more. Increasing it 7 days in a row would result in you having to wait 14 days before you could deposit more. 7 days from the last increase lol.

Your issue,eejit, as somebody that says he will defend Casinos most of the time ..is that you have major truest issues against them when you gamble your own money. Not just video slots, you are paranoid that all Casinos could or would change the RTP from 94% to 86% for 2 hours at a certain times every night and not advertise it at all. So you are paranoid and talking about all Casinos including those you work for.
You went and made a complaint when video slots didn’t do anything wrong. You made a point countless times on this threat and “has the streaming bubble burst” that you think they were not legally correct and should be fined. That you thought they were in breach of player protection regulations. Yet your previous comment a few back would suggest that you have no evidence and are starting to realise that.
You did make a request with videoslots to do what you judge to be sensible, add a pop up next time.. didn’t you?
Or did you just decide that you would rather complain and make a case that they should be fined when clearly you don’t know how to make that case considering you can’t prove they did anything wrong, as they did not.
Making a request to them and then using the fact they accepted it or declined it would be a great starting point in your attempt to make a change. Digging in your heels and shouting from the rooftops they are a bad site that did you and others wrong was the mistake you made.
You simply got upset that their way of advertising the change and the fact they changed the RTP within game info, too, doesn’t meet what you would think to be reasonable requirements in terms on letting a player know about a change.
The only thing i can agree on is that it is logical to add a pop up. Does it pop up every game that is decreased, pop up once to advertise all games affected and then players would need to start checking all games they play to see which provider it is, or should it pop up more than once and if so, how long should the popup last for in terms of days, months and years?
People made the case for an email which is not as logical as a pop up, but when people see the pop up they then have to be responsible and check who made the game to see if it’s one that is affect or simply check the RTP which they could have done to start with. I am sure somebody would complain they didn’t know who made the game they were playing even after a popup explaining the game makers affected.

Wouldn’t it make sense that if somebody can wager say 5 pound, they can’t deposit 10? I am sure there must be a solution to stop them working harder wasting their time and the time of the people depositing. It could also put a player off playing on their site so would probably benefit all Casinos to work together on a solution.

I bet 20x over my normal amount, I got a phone call and a voicemail. And an email. I ignored them all and nothing happened. CasinoHeroes I did the same they locked my account until I contacted them, spoke to me, offered limits, and offered various other things to be responsible. Of those 2, casinoheroes took it seriously and made a damn good case for me to self exclude for a bit. Videoslots did not.

To be fair what we have been doing for donkeys now is going around in circles. However, I’ve been doing it with around 10 people. All with a similar opinion than you. You might have hit the nail on the head eejit. I am glad i got the withdrawal without needing to wait so long and wager some first. They did say it must have been an error and paid out and into the bank in 2 days from a weekend. Shame they couldn’t make something to stop people from depositing money if they aren’t allowed to spend it. Should be easy enough.
