Got asked for KYC stuff by the vip rep a few weeks ago, just basic id, sent it off and heard nothing back, did a few deposits and withdrawals since but not deposited since all the recent shit started, mainly as it seems that KYC is being used to prevent or delay withdrawals,back to the same UK style crap.Something is deff going off and for the effort it takes,its better not to leave a sizeable balance in there.Might be something  to do with the supposed opening of a UK site,fuck knows why they want to do that, maybe to show the UKGC they are acting responsibily.

Deposit terms changed today, bonus now tuesdays and thursdays only min £50 deposit 80% bonus, changing like the weather, really dont want to knock BC game, had a great time with them and want them to carry on but cant have any confidence in them, if you deposit now terms could change again anytime.Something must be badly wrong for them to do this very negative update.Also I think KYC and possibly SOW may be coming in generally soon, had KYC request a couple of weeks ago,sent in basic id docs, heard nothing back.Big danger is they may start the UK norm of excuses not to payout and there will be absolutely no protection for the UK players.Definately time to wait and watch,may all get sorted and be back normal or not

Glad it wasnt just me getting bad vibes,site was shocking last night, nothing was playing right, every game was either not loading or crashing out after a few spins,giving you no chance to see if the deductions and winnings were correct.

Thought i had found my go to casino before this update,loved playing there but something really is going off.Just have to see what happens in the next few days.

However its being spun (bc game call them enhancements) the recent changes are too many,too detrimental and are going to lose them a lot of players.The situation as I see it is that any locked bcd will just be wiped on 20th oct when the rake back is scrapped, players were attracted to the site by claims of big deposit bonuses which were not what they ,,seemed, impossible to unlock totally but awarded now and then in  £5 lumps after large wagering,along with other benifits they did build up the bdc  as Bandit showed with his 16K balance

Other changes are the daily wheel scrapped,now a level up wheel, dunno if the values are going to be increased,coco bonus drops seem to have vanished, the worst thing is the introduction of the automatic awarding of 100% bonus on deposits, has x40 wagering on crappy selected games and (I think) a max £100 winnings limit,and also locking withdrawals until  completed ..again I may be wrong but the exact information has not been published.The chat is chock full of unable to withdraw and unable to get reply from support messages.

So far I had been really impressed by the site but now would not dream of depositing again until everything properly clarified.

Be a bit careful about  bc game, all the changes are  negative and might indicate that they have problems.

I have 42k in locked bcd,have until 10th Oct to unlock it , without doing the calcs, it would take many  millions in wagering to achieve that,bit of a con as the deposit bonuses they gave are effectivily just being wiped clean,also the daily wheel (which for the last month has landed on 0.5 bcd every day,my vip rep insists it is still random but was evasive about it) is now only given on vip level up.Think coco has been scrapped and deposits now subject to wagering before withdrawal 1x but some players are saying its more.

With all due respect, hoping Bandit has given up on the Reel King marathons,IMHO he is very lucky to have got through

so many relatively unscathed (hopefully).The basic stratagy of gamble to the top is so dicey, all things being equal

on a 5 stage gamble ladder the chance of reaching the top is 32 to one,at those odds its very possible to lose hundreds of gambles and increasing the stakes as well is um  frankly suicidal.

No critizism intended, its his money and he been at it for donkeys years,and still seems ok, just something I couldnt do.

One other comment, again with respect,how do big losses affect him, the only way I could cope (mentality) is to separate gambling losses and gains from real life and start every day afresh,fraid being a mardy fucker, I have never been able to do that 🙂

At Bc Game, all transactions are listed when you select the transactions option on pressing your player icon,the only thing they dont show is net deposits, support will tell you that in there own time if you ask them

Find the news that BC Game is opening a UK site a little strange,must be the first crypto casino to do so, think there is a major potential conflict if it is operating under UK regulations which it appears to be.Cant see how they got a license in the first place as the UKGC must be aware that they also operate crypto sites and UK players are going to be drawn to those when realise how much better they are than the shit nanny state UK version.

New to this site  but not to gambling.

Having trouble finding an exchange that doesnt boot me off after a couple of months,wondering where am I going wrong.

Since I went to the darkside my exchange history is as follows..cryptopay.com,account is still open but they changed the deposit account details after losing regulated status in the country they operated from, general opinion is that they are no longer safe to use..Kracken Pro, closed my account as I was sending Cryptpo direct to BC.Game, didnt say that but its the only reason I can think of.. Crypto.com didnt like the wallet I was using (Atomic), said I could no longer transfer to external wallets(presume they would not allow a transfer directly to BC.Game) and finally MoonPay,I used them for quite a while but closed the account when I thought I didnt need them as I had found cheaper options,when I couldnt use those options, I tried to open a new account (which they said was fine to do),but they wouldnt allow me use any payment options that were on the old account.So I am stuffed at the moment

Can anyone suggest an exchange that is casino friendly, cheap to use and wont close my account without warning
