I think I used all my charm on him when we first got together, he’s sick of me now haha. He’s a good one, I just think he’s supported me through everything and now 10 years later,  he’s had enough of me.

I have a really addictive personality, so I stay away from drugs these days. Eating crap is my way of dealing with these moods, but then again I still can’t eat just 1 chocolate, I eat the full box or bar Haha. I honestly don’t  know how I’m not like a whale with how much I eat.

I’ve been through some right shit times but never had to deal with anything as difficult to beat as gambling. Just thought about it all and it sounds so pathetic. How can gambling be harder to get over than so and so..

How can gambling make you feel like such a shit person? Shit parent, partner, daughter/son, sibling? My daughter just asked if I can take her to a play area today and I’ve had to say no. Stupid mummy spent the money. Now she will have to suffer because of my stupidity.

Sorry if that made no sense, I just had to get it out of my head before I went mad.

Been up since  2am now and resorted to eating as much chocolate as I can, while I try to think of an excuse why I gambled it all when I could have done with it today of all days because now my daughter is off for a week for the holidays. I have to laugh or I’ll cry so excuse the use of these laughing emoji things. It makes me feel better.

Anyone considering gambling today who knows they have a problem, struggles to admit they have a problem, or just cant control the spending, please stay away from gambling today. I have a feeling it’s going to be a hard day for us.

It must be one of those days.. I’ve blown my wage too ?. I told you, I can give advice but I can never take my own advice ?

I’m upset with my self, but nothing can be done now. Live and not learn more than likely ?. Going to have a break from the slots after tonight and wait for a massive bollocking from other half tomorrow when I tell him I need money. He’s already got the face on with me and tried to kick me out 2 times this week. Men pffft ??

Bob, same advice to you. If you feel you can’t control it have you considered self excluding or gamstop? I know it’s probably one of the hardest things to do but it helps a lot. It will help future things like this happening. 🙂

Most of us have been there, me included, so I know how you’re feeling. Don’t be too hard on your self, its obviously a bad day for you, and fingers crossed that tomorrow will be a better day. Yes, you have an addiction, yes you’ve lied to get money, but you’ll come back from this if you’re willing to fight it. Addiction is an absolute bitch. I’m always here if you want a rant. Feel free to ask seedy for my email address if you want a chat. I did a course on CBT to try and help my addiction.. managed to help others but never my self ?.

It’s the rtp that keeps me away from land based. I go to bingo every week and happily walk through the casino area without an urge. Good choice to self exclude, hope your lady calms down with the slot spend (:

Very similar wb . I suppose it is her money and she can do what she wants with it. I just don’t want her to lose what she works hard for. Plus i don’t want to be persuaded to go with her. Btw DIY are you sure that’s what your fella does when your out ?

I know for a fact he’s been doing DIY these past few weeks because we’ve been doing daughters bedroom Haha. Now it’s done though I wonder what excuse he will come up with ?

As for being persuaded to go with your wife, could you not self exclude your self so cannot enter? That way she can’t ask you to go, because you’ll just be turned away. If you don’t want to be self excluded, maybe just tell her you want to calm down with the spending on gambling, and she should do it from home if she’s going to do it. At least that way, you can keep an eye on how much she is spending, and you can stay in your comfies with a beer 🙂

Do what my other half says to me. Your wages, you do what you want with them, but once they’re gone, don’t ask me for money. He pays all the bills, mortgage, and both car taxes but I pay my insurance. I work part time too. He does give me money for slots and bingo every now and again just so he can go on xbox in peace though, or if he wants me to go out and leave him to do some DIY. We have money for emergencies or house things, but not to spend on shit. That’s what my wage is for 🙂 once daughter has everything she needs, that’s when it’s my turn to spend 🙂

You should keep your key in your wallet or on a chain around your neck.. well that’s what my other half says to me when I lose my vape hahaha. I lost my house keys this morning, so my daughter was 45 minutes late for nursery.. turns out I’d left them in the car somehow ? hopefully tomorrow you get double orders to make up for today 🙂

If I were you, i’d take the £10 good will gesture and run. It’s not the casinos fault, it will be a fault on the providers side. I remember someone who had the same problem on magic mirror, and from what I remember, that was the reason it got removed from a few sites around a month ago. It is back now though so must have been fixed.
