Mine have mostly been misclicks/nudges when theres a max bet button next to the spin button.

It’s such a bummer when this kind of thing happens 🙁 make sure you check the spin cost before pressing it. I know 6 acrobats used to automatically load at £22.50, book of dead was £2. They all vary. Not sure why you wouldn’t have checked before pressing spin though? I don’t think anyone would just load a game and press spin? I don’t know maybe I’m being daft, but I wouldn’t.

If you’re excluded, you’re excluded. They do it across their whole company, whether they have as many sister sites as skillonnet or just one like casumo. They won’t pay you out, though I think if you fight hard enough, you may get your deposit back. I’m just speaking from the amount if people that have been in the same situation on here. Some have got theirs back, some didn’t. UKGC won’t help you with this considering you are excluded in my opinion.

I get that it wasnt the deposit where it charged you, but if you can deposit via another method, surely you can withdraw this way too and it will be cheaper.

If there is no other option but wire transfer in Canada, and other sites dont charge you like rizk does, then avoid it in future. I’ve seen Canadian streams play at lots of other different sites. Videoslots and casinocasino seem to be the main 2 for the lad I watch, but I’ve known him play on leovegas too. As I’ve said though, he told me before that they charge for withdrawals.

 

Just a side note..  i wouldnt talk to people on the forum in that manner, especially ones that have commented in an attempt help.

Its becoming a bit much with casinos needing selfies and copies of your proof of income. It seems very invasive though I understand it’s to help problem gambling.

Can you not deposit with another payment method? I’ve only ever been charged for depositing at 1 site, but havent seen it since.

I speak to a gambler/streamer from Canada who says Leo Vegas also take money out from a withdrawal. I cant remember if he said it was like tax or something else.

Depends if you like a grinding game or not with the looks of it. I’ve watched a few bonuses on youtube this morning, looks pretty decent to me.
