Well done! If you’re dieting, consider fasting. It’s good for your metabolism. My other half diets a lot, and just has chicken breast with broccoli or cauliflower and a small cut of cheese. With the right exercise, it works wonders, though drains you like mad. Just a thought if you’re looking for any more tips 🙂

Well done 🙂 I managed to stick to my word, apart from a tenner the other day too haha! I saved £300 in the end for daughters birthday. Shame it had to go towards a car, but i probably wouldnt have had the money had I not stuck to not gambling 🙂 keep up the good work!
