Sorry to hear you relapsed, and I hope you’re feeling a bit better now its sunk in. Like seedy said, find a hobby. I’ve recently stopped vaping and I’m finding it easier if I have something to take my mind off it. My other half builds model cars to distract him, and watch random shit on YouTube or do crafts with my daughter if shes home. Stay away from things that can make you pass something to trigger you such as a bookies. Hope you’re feeling ok x

If you’re concerned, then sign up to gamstop. If you have a break, it may help you reset your mind to the value of money, just by seeing how much further that bit of money that would have been spent on gambling will get you. Hopefully, you’ll be able to snap your self out of it before it gets too bad. I should imagine that when the law thing or what ever it is comes into state about gambling with credit cards, the option to deposit via mobile will also be removed.

I think it’s for all UK players regardless of the nationality of the site. You can’t create a new account if you already have an account there, nor use a VPN if you went out of the country. It’s against the T&Cs, and if you were to attempt to cashout, they wouldnt allow it 🙂
