I know it’s hard dealing with the guilt, but you’ve just got to remember how you feel right now, and how you felt when you first did it. This will hopefully put you off the urge if it ever rises again. I know it’s hard and you probably feel like shit, but you will get through it. You’ve come this far, you’ve already admitted you have a problem, told your partner, and took the appropriate steps to make sure it can’t happen again. You’re a brave person in my eyes, just for admitting it. Best thing to do is come on here and have a natter when you feel down like this. I’m always here even though I may reply a little late 🙂
