If they were aware of the issue then why didn’t they take it down for maintenance until it gets fixed? I would pull them up about it if I were you.

Yeah I agree. Players in the game should have recieved a refund, as well as the people who got credited for the 10 should be allowed to keep their winnings.

I don’t play thunderkick very often but I do enjoy some of their games. The yeti one is decent along with dragon horn

You usually have to go through the complaints procedure, first emailing the company involved stating the problem with any screenshots you have. If that doesn’t go anywhere you take it higher which goes to a manager I think. And after that is IBAS.

Doesn’t sound right, it does sound like an issue with the slot. If you have footage then it should be no problem to prove what you’re saying. I would email the casino.and ask them what the crack is first. They may be able to sort it sooner by speaking to Novo directly.

Ahh I didn’t  think about that haha. Thanks for clearing that one up bio 🙂 what do you think about the video though? It clearly showed 4 rolls and in the video it says staff marked it down wrong. Surely this should have given the players their bets back as good will because it was a fault on the providers side?
