Your sister and her other half should have known better than to copy a business they work for. I’m sure it’s in 99% of work contracts that you can’t set up a similar business for up to 6 months after you left the current company. I remember seeing it in my contact for the job I’ve just had to leave. They would have got bollocked for it anyway.

I don’t see the point in buying the 150x thinking about it.. if you’re going to go with a bonus buy. Surely its predetermined meaning 100x or the 150x will pay the same at that point?

It’s a wager bonus, so you wager 10% of 15 to unlock 10% of the bonus which then goes to cash balance. It’s a good idea but it’s really confusing haha.
