Probably double the amount of alcohol intake though!!!! Haha!! ( idiot I know!) but trust me mate, try a Red Meat free diet and enjoy your pints

As you can read, everyone has their own solutions. I still eat red meat, cheese and all things considered bad. For me, the daily cherry juice does the trick, along with plenty of water. And yes, I also drink liters of beer. At least one case of beer per week.
