Hi,
I actually like videoslots, they have a great selection of games and their customer support is one of the best I have encountered for speed.
However they do have lower RTP on play n go games so you need to be mindful of this if playing there.
Never had any problems with them and the freeroll’s they offer are a nice feature that I have not seen offered by any other websites.
As many have said before once you have deposited just assume the money is lost as most of the time it will be regardless of which casino you play at.
But in terms of trustworthiness I would rank videoslots near the top end.
I created a twitter account but it seems that Pokerstars are about 3 weeks behind on all customer problems. It is an absolute shambles.
I have had my fair share of problems with casinos and verification in the past but Pokerstars are top of the list of shit customer service.
They just flat out ignore all emails and communication, not even a generic email stating what they are doing or what they need from you or even letting you know that they are behind!
Just avoid them, they have gone right down hill over the years. And its a wonder they even have any players left at all.
These casino verification requests are getting silly.
At least videoslots have been communicating with you. I am sure if you raise this with them again they should be able to offer you a solution? They have always been reasonable to deal with.
My account at pokerstars has had its playing privileges revoked since Friday morning with zero communication since then, just a pop up stating that my account is subject to a routine security investigation. And after digging a little bit some people have been waiting over a month just to get an email reply from them.
Thinking it might just be easier to stand next to a drain on a windy day and throw my money at it and see if it goes in than giving these gambling company’s any more of my money as even if you are fortunate enough to turn a profit you dont know if they will try to stiff you with some form of regulation breach.
Not entirely sure it will suit the style we are used to.
The Bandit brings us back when he hits a bonus, will we now need to see lots of dead spins?
Not going to knock it until he has tried it. But I personally like the current style.
Now if it is a one off or something that happens not so often I say its a great idea.
Well the fact that you have read it and passed it on shows that it was a clever move by them
Stay off the slots in the casinos.
I spent a bit of time playing them, win some and lose loads.
Checked out the RTP of the casino slots games mainly novos like book of ra etc all set at 90%
With the state of casinos at the moment , It would be business as usual until the money is in the account. Imagine how awful it would be if they didn’t pay out because of some id problem or whatever.
Just made an account to say.
If you are registered with Gamstop also get Gamban on your pc now.
I had a problem with essentially having 100s of Casinos linked to my bank account at home. and after many years of playing responsibly it escalated to a unstable amount of money being wasted.
I do still gamble but only live casino once a month or so and sports bets at the bookies, but cutting off access from my bank account to these sites has been an absolute blessing.
I originally just used gamstop which cut me off from the reputable websites but once the cravings hit I started using some of the crappy ones where there is absolutely no chance of them paying out even on the slim chance you turn a profit. Then came Gamstop and now I have gone over 2 months without placing an online bet and my bank balance is not taking a battering any longer. In addition to this I am no longer getting the cravings to search for websites to chuck money down the shitter.
Thank you Bandit for the code for the 3 months Gamban, saved my ass big time.
